When I ordered the mesh version of this bouncer I thought it would make life easier, little did I know what an absolutely crucial part of baby life this bouncer would become. When my now 6 month old was born she didn’t like it as much, but we started to notice something. .. she would very consistently poop while seated in the chair. We thought it was just coincidence at first, but no, is your little one tooting ? Put her in the bouncer, poop will follow. We have had countless blow out and poops all take place in our little baby bjorn bouncer, perhaps it’s the baby bjorn pooper. Like the squatty potty for babies, it’s wonderful, as well as being light, practical and easy for her to bounce herself. The mesh version drys quickly, which is essential, as having a place to seat baby while you go pee is crucial during the first months. All that to say, I would recommend this bouncer to anyone with a baby. Been using from newborn to 6 months and she still enjoys it. We also have the toy bar, which she enjoys tremendously now. Which bouncer to get? Don’t hesitate, baby bjorn will solve more than one issue 😉.

Absolutely the best bouncer ever made ( saying this as a father of 4 kids from newborn to a 16 year old). We've seen them all, now we have the only one we'll ever need. This is perfect for traveling too. We bought a "gate checkin" red bag here in Amazon that is made for umbrella strollers, fits perfectly. The absolute best features of the BabyJorn bouncer, is the mesh seat with contour body shape that gives the perfect hammock with ideal ventilation. The actual wind even helps the bouncer keep bouncing. It's genius and no batteries needed. If you're looking for the perfect gift for someone who is having a baby, look no more, this is it. They will love you for it. Don't take my word for it, just look at our relaxed baby (photo attached).

I ordered this bouncer for my grand baby that is expected to arrive 11-1-14. I had a very similar bouncer for my daughter when she was a baby and she loved it. It was also made of a mesh fabric and was a self bouncer, so I am sure my grandson will love this one. It is a very good quality bouncer. The only thing I would like to convey is, the description and the picture do not match. This picture is showing either a solid silver or solid white mesh with no straps. I think the picture in this description may be the bouncer I received (Silver/White Mesh) only it is shown in the 'chair' mode, which is simply accomplished by removing the fabric, turning it over on the frame. The one I received under the description 'BABYBJORN Bouncer Balance Soft, Black/Gray Mesh' is actually Silver with the very center of the seat in White and it does have the restraint system. The mesh bouncers are 100% polyester. I can't wait to use it in November. If for some strange reason I do not like it I will update my post! I would definitely recommend this bouncer. Very Good Quality.

Awesome bouncer. At around 2.5 months we needed to put the seatbelt because baby figured out how to bounce it. We only put the seat belt half on for now because her arms get stuck under the fabric and frustrates her. Once she gets longer, her arms shouldn't be do far under the fabric. We love the mesh because it is breathable and easier to wash. Love that it came preassembled and how it is flat for storage. You can adjust it with baby on. Use one hand to pull seat up out of the locked position and relieve weight. While doing that, use other hand to pull on red tabs and adjust new angle. We have used this more than once a day since baby stopped liking the swing.

Hands down the best bouncer for baby ever made! Our baby loves bouncing in it, and it allows me to get things done. I love the mash fabric, it creates a very comfortable hammock and it is ventilated and washes well. Easy to move around and easy to travel with. love that it has a few positions.

This is an absolutely a life saver! Our son loves sitting in the chair to play (with the Babybjorn toy bar), laugh, eat, and rest. The mesh material makes the air flow and very easy to clean. I originally got a black cotton one but it heats up him quickly, plus it looks like a giant sock sitting in the house so I exchanged for a mesh one with a lighter color. It was a very very wise choice because turns out that our son really loves to produce huge dirty diapers whenever he is sitting in his bouncer!! For the most of the times, the diaper would leak to the side or over his back, I think it has to do with the design (tried 3 different diaper brands and all leak, only in his bouncer). We just can't figure out why he loves so much to pop in the bouncer, hehe. Anyway, the mesh material is really EASY to clean and dries up quickly. If it is the black cotton one, I am not sure if I can spot all the stains immediately and our house would definitely smell funny with a source that I probably will never identify. So do yourself a favor and get a lighter color bouncer with the mesh material! You can always put down a blanket if the weather gets cold. This bouncer is one of the best baby gears I purchased and frees up a lot of time for us to play with him, eat along with him, and to just enjoy just sitting next to him!! The only thing that I regard is I didn't get it sooner! You should try this from day 1!
