Overall this flashlight is just ok, nothing great. It is lightweight but produces decent light but the build quality is on the cheap side and it does not seem as well made as other similar mini tactical flashlights that I've purchased in the past. I originally purchased to use when riding my bicycle early in the mornings before the sun is up and it produces a decent beam of light for its size but using the power button is a real pain and it easily will switch between the different modes between power offs which is extremely annoying. Also cycling through the modes with half-presses of the button is annoying and difficult. I only ever use the constant light-on mode and don't care about strobe mode yet sometimes when I turn the light off and then turn back on it will start back up in strobe mode requiring me to go through multiple clicks to cycle back to constant-on mode. Would probably make a good backup flashlight for emergency purpose but if you are using on a daily basis you will get annoyed with the random mode cycling between uses.

The price is right. Bought them twice so have 4 flashlights around the house. They are smaller in size and use 3 AAA batteries. The brightness is reasonable for the tasks like looking into dark areas of the house or the back of a computer. we used one extensively while working on upgrading a basement room and was impressed by the battery life. What I don't like is having to push the button multiple times to go throught the various modes every time I wan't to use it. one push and its blinking, another and its low power, etc. default should be highest beam as that's what is used most. did use the zoom feature somewhat but it really isn't that useful as at full zoom it shows a rectangular grid pattern in a way wish they made it with one mode and no zoom and sold them for couple of bucks each.

These are extremely bright, but it’s a good value. Not much more you can say about a flashlight.

Light weight, feels solid, bright, easy to use modes once you figure it out (slightly press on button to alternate) Would have been nice with a belt clip. Have not tested the water proof claim yet.
