Worked great for even nails but had to tape down the “nail catcher” for it to stay but great product. Good quality nail fils too!

Edit: 11/20It’s broken. It won’t close all the way now so it doesn’t cut the nail. Got this in august and it lasted 3 months.At first I was upset bc I thought it was broken bc it is so confusing to put the dial on and it wouldn’t work. Finally by looking at someone else’s review and pictures I was able to figure it out. I’ve only used it on a couple nails and the clear part that catches the nails don’t stay on and just falls off so the nails go everywhere and the dial also never stays on

I've been messing around with this for quite a while. It takes a bit of practice for sure. I like the fact when you cut the nail tips you don't have to go hunting for the cast off!!! I am happy with this however I am not the best at it. I have mobility issues and hands aren't very strong so sometimes I need someone else to actually manipulate it for me. I think it's a good product for the home manicure.

What an amazing gadget. Just line up the Guide wheel to the clipper blade. You just turn it like a wheel and you don't actually have to take the guide off to adjust it. The width of the block keeps your fingers at the same distance for each snip so they will all be cut to the same length. I am going to have to practice cutting since the package says that you can get three different cut styles with this based on how you hold the nail. So far, I can get a straight cut to get a square nail. I am fine with that. I was able to shape them up nicely. Keep the clear cap on so you don't hurt anyone with flying nails. I wish all clippers had this feature. The pictures of my nails that I uploaded are of the shortest clip. Then I filed into an oval and painted. They are all uniform in size and shape. I think this is the first time an at home manicure of mine looks this nice. I know with practice it will get better.

These nail clippers are nice enough. The blade is sharp and easily cuts clean lines on both acrylics and press-ons. The handles are a little flimsy, but this was expected for the price. There’s a plastic guard that catches the nail clippings as well- something I find helpful. The dial for controlling the length of the nails, however, is a problem. There are no instructions for how to use this and I had to come back to the Amazon product page to figure it out. The dial doesn’t seem to turn, so I’m still trying to figure this function out. A little disappointed that it’s not easier, but regardless, I needed another pair of clippers, and this does the job!

The product is very nice and does come with nail files so that is nice, however putting on the items can be a little hard and the directions could be better, they do seem a little cheap and have a hard time staying. The nail guard to nice to get all of your nails to be the same size, however I like mine a little shorter than what comes with it. It does have a plastic piece that helps with the mess of cutting the nails because it keeps them in the file so you can dump it out after use. Overall it is nice however maybe a little cheap.

So far, this clipper has be helpful with changing the shape of my press-on nails. I'm just beginning to learn how to use the press-ons and almost all are way too long for me. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I like the ability to change the type of nail edge. And this way, all the nails look the same! Happy with the kit, and I thinks for someone like be who learning, this is great.
