Its actually a very nice phone, and easier to get to grips with than I thought. I'm not into phones really, I just need one for emergencies only, therefore bought because this one good price and well known name. Could not care less whether it ties my shoelaces or not.

Upgrading from Samsung s9 pluse, you will notice the difference in the screen quality ( resolution 1080), if you go to youtube and select a 4 K video it will lag. Battery wise not bad at all it's the only thing that was better than the s9 pluse, also the size is just slightly bigger. All in all isn't a bad phone at all, it's a bit slow but it does the job very well and that is why I'm rating it 5 stats. Look at the specs and compare them to what you already have. I'm happy with the buy after all.

I hate mobiles, but had to upgrade from level 3G service. Still learning how to use it - steep climb. Far too much dross attached which I will never use. Need a training course. But I have conquered texting & making & receiving calls & "swiping up"! But screen is clear and photos are good quality.

I love my new phone easy to use and very good value for money paid

Needed an inexpensive phone for work. Was pleasantly surprised but this phone. Great battery life and does exactly the same as the other models. Quick and easy to set up, all apps work great and delivery was fast too. Can't complain.

I was used to high end phones and after buying this realised why. Not the best at any thing.

Be aware that this is the Asian market version of this phone, meaning it has various advertisement features that cannot be disabled, apps that cannot be uninstalled/disabled, etc. This is normal in some markets, especially for a non-flagship phone like this; ads are made mandatory so the products can be made more affordable.
