Totally loving these quality pans. They are VERY sturdy, wash up in the dishwasher or by hand and keep their nonstick properties(the coating has remained unaffected by their many trips through the dishwasher), are a cool color that works well for many uses(not so dark as to burn things, but dark enough to help with browning), and the price was nice! Since there are two, you can swap them out for the next batch of cookies or use them side by side at the same time, but the small baking capacity is such that they will not make a large batch of cookies at a time. The smaller size is excellent for my most common use - there are two of us in my home and I use these for fries, a few pieces of fish or chicken, two patties of frozen chicken fried steak or pork tenderloins, what have you. They are a perfect size for most of my uses and they take up little space. THESE are the baking sheets I needed in my kitchen. I gladly recommend them for yours.

These pans are the perfect size for small jobs like baking breakfast biscuits or cinnamon rolls.They are very nonstick,you can hardly even tell you cook on them when you’re done,very impressive.

Have a recipe for cowboy cookies that need to cook on a rimless baking sheet. These worked out great for this purpose. Lined the pans with parchment paper and they cooked evenly.

This are good pans, nice size, Things do not seem to burn in them but they seem a bit sticky when it comes to getting cookies off after baking.

These are just wonderful as they are very easy to clean as they are non-stick. The look is great and the cookie sheets are huge!
