Amazing! It worked on my 2019 Jeep Compass on the first try!

Jeep 2019 Soon, I trew my original car keys into the washing machine by accident and didn't noticed it until a hitting sound could be heard from the dryer... We'll after that my car keys stopped working properly I mean all the buttons didn't work, but I could turn on and off my car by touching the on/off button with the key fob... until it got broken and couldn't keep the key fob and key insert together So initially I bought this one just to replace the "case" and keep the chip and key insert together but surprisingly it worked even better that what I planned... So I took off the chip and key insert and switched it off to the new car key "case" And surprise surprise now the chip started working properly all the buttons work and I'm happy to have a new key fob that works I did not activated the key I just used my old one

Buttons are a little hard to press, but otherwise works great!

After spending hours and $175 between a locksmith and a dealership we still do not have a working key and have to start over with a whole new purchase of key fobs. Don’t waste your time with these. I guess sometimes you just need to spend the money.

I paid just under $30 for this and then I paid $82.50 at the dealership for them to program the key fob to my daughter's car. So just over $100 it cost when everywhere wanted around $500 to get a brand new key fob. Well worth it. I got this for a 2022 Jeep compass.

Make sure, prior to purchasing one of these, you verify whether YOU can program it, or you'll have to pay hundreds for a dealer to do it.
