This band set is great! They do not slip and you can for sure tell a difference from the light to heavy. They are great for resistance workouts and easy to travel with.

Just got these bands and use them a bunch. They are amazing quality unlike the thin rubber ones that roll up and snap. These are very durable and I love the different strengths of them. Totally worth it and make for a great workout

These are great quality but do not have much stretch. They are not like the flexible sticky ones they are thick & tight.
