So easy to put in
My old one caught on fire and burned through the filament. Great learning experience for the kids, in how to put out fires in an over (Leave the door shut and deprive it of oxygen) I thought I was going to have to get someone to come in and replace it, but I remembered the previous time I had to replace one, it looked pretty simple. I checked on Amazon to see if I could buy a filament and there they were. It was a little nerve racking to pick out the right one for my oven, but if it didn't fit, I could always send it back. Fortunately, got it right the first time and my sons were able (using a video on YouTube) to remove the old one, fish out the wire and install the new part. It works great and I saved a lot of money. It was so easy, that I could have followed the instructions and done it myself, but I'm short and would have had to climb into the oven to reach the back so taller person is nicer to have.

Oven works like a new one now with this replacement element. Couldn’t be easier to install. 2 screws and the wires just plug right onto the element. It truly couldn’t be easier or faster. Don’t forget to unplug it before you start on this venture and you’ll have a easy fix
