Sturdy product with great versatility
The band can be used in a variety of ways, from warmup sessions to effective workouts/exercises . For the price point, the material of the band feels very durable. After purchasing the yellow and now the purple band, I think I will be completing the full set soon!

This is a perfect resistant band for warming up before you start lifting, just the the right resistant for me. I suffer from shoulders issues when I go heavy this feels good on my joints for warming up ,then a second warm up with light weights before I increase the load.
