This knife is heavenly to use and makes deboning duck a doddle. It's the best knife I own and I lust after more in the range. Honestly, I don't see how one could improve on it so it's definitely good value.

Best knives I’ve ever use, very sharp and professionally manufactured. My carving skills have greatly improved whilst use this knife. I haven’t used the filleting knife yet but I have no concerns wether it is sharp.

Very sharp

Excellent quality, good price. Well made, sturdy. Very easy on the eye, doesn't look "cheap and nasty" like the others with the plastic handles in primary colours (you know what I mean). These are made for adults not children :)

I wanted the knife to slice Spanish Ham thinly. The knife was very sharp and easily cut away the protective fat preserve and easily sliced the ham. I only gave 4 stars as a sheath for the knife when not in use would have finished the item off. Otherwise very happy.

I bought three different knives from this company and all were subpar. The blades aren’t sharp at all. They look nice and the handle is nice but not worth it. Returned all three. Wife also noticed how dull they were compared to our good knives. (Japanese, Wüsthof). Was trying to save some money but not worth it.

Fantastic knife. It is sturdy, yet comfortable. The sharpest knife I've ever purchased. It's not too heavy and dishwasher safe. But mostly, a great value. I've paid twice as much for half the knife. I'd buy this again and again for gifts. Beyond happy with this one.
