If you have a G4, GET ONE OF THESE. Got mine yesterday. I work outside a lot. The side pack that comes with the G4 seemed it was going to cut my head off. Every time I bent over, the G4 would slide around to my stomach. The pad would not stay in position and the nylon strap says pad would saw at my neck. THIS PACK HOLDS THE G4 FIRMLY AND COMFOTABLE IN POSITION ON MY BACK. IT IS A MUST HAVE FOR G4 USER. I was told these are made by a lady on her home sewing machine. If so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I have an Inogen G4 and this bag is the perfect backpack for it. Zips along the bottom which allows me to change batteries without removing the entire unit. The top also opens, allowing direct access to the top of the unit. The aluminum nozzle is not obstructed by the case. Additional holes in the back of the bag are metal grommet reinforced so the bag will last a long time and it can be washed without fraying.

The holes for the charger cord or only on one side of the backpack, not both sides. Also, the waist level cinch is not removable. IDK if the product picture shows a waist cinch or not.

This is perfect for my Inogen G4 unit. And at the price, I just couldn't do better. The Inogen website only had backpacks for twice the price I paid for this one and this one is great for my use. It's sturdy and so lightweight.

This is the second pack I have ordered. This pack CANNOT be worn. It is incredibly cheaply made and SUPER uncomfortable. And I'm a thin in shape person. I really needed this to work. I live at an altitude and have a rare blood issue. I'm healthy but have to use oxygen at times. Was really needed this for long walks and strenuous hikes. It is such poor quality and for the asking price it's insane. It cannot be worn.
