I need the 12x12 replacement shield! (trailblazer version) is that version sold separately? on amazon?

That replacement piece is only available from our site firesideoutdoor currently.

We have used it for 3 fires. All 3 fires have been perfect. There is a hole in fire mesh screen. I can’t find where to order replacement?

Hello, thanks for your question. Our Fire Meshes are designed and guaranteed to last 50 fires. The only thing we can think of that would cause a hole is the use of a fire color changer. what to use to start a fire? Thanks

I wouldn’t use anything that’s not natural, the long burning logs you buy at the store have chemicals that could shorten the life of the mesh. I use fat wood you can buy in Amazon, or several cotton balls dipped in Vaseline which is a camping trick, cut some kindling. I’ve used mine many times and have had no issues with the mesh lighting it this way.
