I had a pretty serious ankle injury and this product was a great way to ice my ankle, which is a tricky area to keep something secure. The ability to freeze the inserts and then put them into the wrap made the process easy and the wrap is a good balance of supportive and flexible. The ice packs stay cold for a decent amount of time. I did wear a sock underneath.

Bought this based on the reviews as I’ve recently fractured my foot. As my title suggests, I can’t complain! I like that you can use it for hot or cold compress. I’ve only used for cold so far but it’s definitely helped. My foot and ankle were initially very swollen but I didn’t have any problems putting it on once the ice pack was in and it hasn’t lost its shape. It’s a good product which I’m using more than one a day and I’m two weeks in.

I love this product!! I just had a total ankle replacement and it has been a god send! Honestly it has helped so much with swelling and healing. I get like what I call electric shocks through my foot and ankle, while my nerves mend, it's crazy uncomfortable. The coolness brings that right down and makes it managable. The best thing I have brought this year.

This item has in its description that it can be used for achilles tendon injuries, which I have. I ask; How? The gel pack holder is situated on the front to apply to the top of the foot. Oh, I can adapt it and use it not as it is intended, but surely the description is wrong? If the manufacturer agrees the descriptor is wrong, then change it! I will not return the item, as I am sure to need it for its intended purpose with my glass ankles.

So easy to use and easy fit. Just pop in the freezer for 2 hours and put it on. Great value for money.

There was so much choice but really pleased I bought I bought Hilph one. It’s easy to use. Well made. And very effective. Perfect having two gel inserts so that one can always be in the freezer.

Ok …but I got fed up with having to put 2 packs in ..so not been using , but it’s a good relief , fits well , and good for the money

It's very hard to find any sort of athletic braces that fit children. My 9yr old daughter is a competitive gymnast and had an ankle injury. It was very hard to find anything small enough for her kids size 2 foot. I ordered tons of different ice packs and this one fit!! I ordered a medium and it works great. It also fits my older daughter who is a women's size 7. It holds the cold for a long time and is microwaveable. My daughter liked it to much we ordered a second so she can ice both ankles. I reccomended this to another parent as well and heard they were so happy with it they also bought two!

Es súper cómodo. Quizá el frío no llega tan directo a la piel porque la bolsita congelada está detrás de la tela pero cumple su función a la perfección. Sirve para muchos tamaños porque es adaptable. Ha sido una gran compra.
