I've been taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin on and off for over 20 years. I'm active 70 year old, and hard on my knees. Over the years, I played a lot of tennis and jogged. Currently I bike 10 miles a day and when the wind blows I windsurf over choppy water. My knees hurt from time and I stay with the Glucosamine and Chondroitin. I know from experience, if I stop taking it, with in 6 weeks my knees ache all the time. For me it takes maybe six weeks of Glucosamine and Chondroitin for the aches and pains to gradually subside. For me it isn't a "quick" fix, and it doesn't stop injury, but it does seem to help with aches and pains. I'm going to take Glucosamine and Chondroitin every day, and Puritan Pride is a convenient, cost effective, and useful way to do it.

Ho subito interventi al menisco e ai legamenti di entrambe le ginocchia e prendevo già questo prodotto in Brasile da diversi anni, perché è davvero quello con la più alta concentrazione di glucosamina e condroitina che io conosca. Ultimamente è stato difficile trovarlo in commercio e per questo ho iniziato a usarne uno di un'altra marca, molto buono, ma onestamente non con la stessa concentrazione che offre questo. Se avete bisogno di questo tipo di integratore come me e lo trovate disponibile... COMPRATELO!!! È il migliore!!
