Google Nest Security Cam (Wired) - 2nd Generation - Linen, 1080p, Motion Only

I ordered this camera at 1 AM in the morning and it was delivered 11 hours later at 11 AM. Wow! My home has 10 Google Nest cameras including a Nest doorbell. The cameras are reliable and provide the most clear and sharpest videos and it even has color night vision/videos. With that said, this brand of home security had been used for the past 11 years without any quality or mechanical issues.This recent purchase was to replace a very old Ring camera in the garage. With strong wifi frequency It will take under 10 minutes to receive video connectivity. The actual installation onto the shelf took about 25 minutes to screw the base to the shelf for stability and to hide the wire. I highly recommend this Google Nest security camera and doorbell.

This camera is as described, but do your research if you use the Nest app--this doesn't work with it. This Gen 2 camera only works in the Google Home app. I prefer the Nest app and wish I figured that out beforehand since my other cameras are Gen 1 and I just wanted to add one more.

The Google Indoor Nest Security Cam is a solid choice for home security. The camera quality is excellent, and the night vision performs very well, providing clear images even in low light and bright light. One of my favorite features is the ability to rewind and review video footage without needing a subscription, which adds great value.But a few things to consider - The camera doesn't have the ability to pan up or down, so you’ll need to be mindful of placement to get the angle you need, especially if you have a large room. Additionally, I was disappointed that you cannot turn off the sound without it affecting audio recording. The Nest cam lacks the option to disable sound playback while still recording audio if you turn off the sound and the camera will stop recording audio entirely, which is a drawback for certain use cases.Overall, it’s a great camera with excellent video quality, but it could be more flexible in its features.

Best cameras. Nobody comes close to the quality of google nest cams. They are so incredibly clear and they don't glitch or malfunctuon-ever! The app is easy to use and the cameras are easy to install and adjust. I just love them! They connect right away without hassle or complicated instructions!
