I have been using this product for about 5 months. I am an active person and I was already losing weight, but after taking these, I saw my weight fall off a lot faster and saw the inches melt away. I am now down 2 pant sizes.I have plenty of energy without the jitters, nausea and side effects. The only negative side effect can sometimes be dry mouth. However, drinking plenty of water fixes that. I do also watch my diet and food intake. All of this combined, I have been satisfied with my progress. I can definitely tell when I do not take them, but I would not say they are addictive. I am just a little less focused and tire more easily toward the end of the day. I do not take two a day. One works for me.I would also say you will #2 in the bathroom more while taking this. Not diarhea, just more regular # 2's. Which was great for me as I suffer from IBS and can be very irregular.They can cause heartburn at first. Again, drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet. That also went away after taking them awhile.Start off taking one and go from there.

Works good, gives good energy. I use it only maybe 2x a week on those days I need to get going. Does the trick after about 45 min feel good.

It's pretty much the same as drinking coffee with the added benefits from green tea and other stuff that was either not strong enough to work or is just another hyped up ingredient. No weight loss. As much energy as one cup of coffee. Save your money. Walk for 15 minutes and you'll burn more than this.

180 ignite is cool but the Lean Fire is way better. I my chest is smaller as I HAD Moobs and I feel great. Use as directed but instead of an hour, go an 1/2hr before eating. Bless your gains and your workout friend!

Don’t waste your money. Used for month no weight loss, terrible purchase hard to swallow I noticed it I held it in my mouth to long going to eat a drink my tongue had a funny feeling. Would not purchase again.
