Unit works well for me. Purchased in Nov 23
Was a good purchase for me.I have a house that is only 2 rooms; the upstars ~ 750 ft sq, carpet and the downstairs which is ~ 800 ft sq, carpet & kitchen and bathroom vinyl floors. Unit picks up cat litter and most cat hair from both carpet and vinyl. I run it without the app and it finds it's way around pretty good.I always remove any kitchen chairs and anything that might trap the unit (toy mousers, power cords etc.). I have seen it get stuck under a chair for quite a while. You will learn from experience what might trap the unit. The magnet strip keeps it from falling down the stairs pretty well.I run the unit on a higher vacuum setting than factory setting. Cleans better, but takes more battery power. Will clean the downstairs making multiple passes over most of the area. Charging the battery when run pretty much down takes a while. When starting a clean I pics a spot (usually the bathroom near the litter box and point it to the wall in the corner. This makes sure that it doesn't miss this area. If it does get trapped of fouled it will shut down and have to be restarted as it will not remember where it has been. Typically I let it run until it needs to recharge at which point it may or may not find its way back to the charging station. It is good to turn it over when servicing the filter box and make sure there is nothing fouling the brushes. Easy to clean brushes. It will make a difference in how well it cleans.I use an air sprayer (small compressor) to clean the foam filter and the HEPA filter. This way the filters will last a log time before replacing. If you don't have a compressor you could probably use the canned air for cleaning computer hardware.Prepping the space and putting everything back when finished is the most work and is worth the trouble.I have not used the mop feature yet.

Reliable Cleaning Companion!
I’ve been using This robot vacuum for three years, and it has been running flawlessly. It has been a consistent performer, handling all floor types with excellent suction power. The setup was easy, and the app is intuitive, with smart home integration making it even more convenient. Maintenance is minimal, with a long battery life and easy-to-clean filters..

Frustratingly Perfect in One Regard
Somehow the makers of this robot vacuum cleaner found the perfect design, a marvel of engineering!...When it comes to getting USB charging cords stuck in the thing's wheel wells. I have had to engage in major surgery probably fifteen times in the two years I've had this thing, trying to remove the stuck cords.I do try to remember to Tikom-proof the apartment but if I forget and a cord is left on a power strip? It finds a new home, wedged in this thing's wheels. It's pretty annoying. I've had six different Roombas over the years and that never happened even one time with those.Still, the little thing does a decent job and fills its dirt trap well every day so I feel pretty forgiving. Plus it was a good bit less expensive than the Roombas and cleans just as well, so.I guess I'm a robot vacuum wheel well surgeon now.

Junk
*********Edit update- vacuum quit working after not even 6 months of usage (running once a day on approximately 1000 square feet of one level of house) I kept the tray clean, the brush clean, everything was maintained however the vacuum just spins in circles pushing dust/debri around. I tried to use the warranty- however I have changed my email address since I purchased it last year, apparently you have to have the same email address as when you purchased it, seems ridiculous to me that they (warranty) can’t look up by phone number! I am now out $200 and this was a present to myself when my newborn arrived in hopes that it would save me time cleaning. Highly dissatisfied and will be looking for name brand vacuum for future purchase… I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!*********Vacuum is great, gets the hardwood floors and area rugs tidy. I run it almost every day as I live in the country and we track in debri and dust (even with shoes off at the door) we also have a toddler who loves to make messes as well as a busy kitchen, so the vacuum does a great job keeping the floors clean.I cannot use the vacuum on the carpet in the bedrooms tho because we have shag rugs under the rocking chair in my room and a shag rug in my toddlers room under his table and the vacuum got stuck in it as well. So I vacuum those rooms with my shark vacuum 1x a week (sometimes more if need be)However my huge complaint is that I can’t use the mopping feature. We have 2 area rugs & 2 door mats in the portion of the house that we use the robot in, and it cannot differentiate between the rugs and rhe hardwood floor so it keeps mopping from the hardwood to the rugs and gets stuck on the rugs because of the wet mop (these are low pile rugs that it has no problem when just vacuuming)so the mopping portion is my complaint because I just had a newborn baby, as well as a toddler and I was trying to save time with cleaning as I now have two kids under 2 and have OCD with clean floors, was really hoping the moping was going to be awesome but it just can’t figure out between the two surfaces when to mop and when to vacuum… bummer
