The only problem i had the power block was no good I had to order a new one but other than that no other problems

Horrible, find it elsewhere
Should be 0 stars, and I came in with an open mind when looking at previous reviews. This is a complete joke and a waste of a lot of your time. I got 2 units, both allegedly in used-excellent condition. The first one the HDMI port was so kicked in that you couldn't plug the cord in, and as a bonus it was missing the power cords anyway. The replacement looked better, but then doesn't turn on at all. So now I will have made 2 trips to Kohl's and UPS store for a product that I never got to even use. Don't buy one, and Amazon should be ashamed to send these out without even trying to test them first, why bother, just trash or donate them.

They send off brand a off brand controller that didn't last a month
Works great but they sent an off brand controller that didn't last a month and the joy con got stuck up other then the controller issue it seems to work great.

Never again Xbox 😒
Within the first three to four weeks after the purchase of the console it just stopped working. We figured out it was one of the main cords. A week or two after that that main power box and cord went out. The front of the Xbox has a black tape of sorts covering the front of the console. My son nor myself wanna pull off the tape as we are worried of what may be under that tape that we may need to replace if we do. I will make sure in the future that I do not waste money on refurbished again.

works great but this is a refurbished model so there was some light scratches and blemishes on the finish but other than that works just fine

Controller that was packed in wasn’t responding to receiver, I had to buy a wired one…but so far so good
