Excellent espresso coffee beans.
Coffee: Kimbo Espresso Extra Cream. Sold as medium roast but to me this is is a dark roast. I have been trying this coffee for a while now in my Sage Express Impress with the internal burr set at 4, the external setting at 7 and using the single wall double basket. The family and friends love the taste as I do. No acidity, no bitterness, just a nice strong coffee BUT... Now I have changed the recipe and... Wow! It got even better tasting and producing even more Crema! Internal grinder is set to 4, external at 11. The automatic grinding for a double shot, produce15 grams of coffee in the double walled basket, 23-25 seconds extraction. Approximate ratio is 1:3. If you have the Sage Express Impress give it a go if you like a strong long lasting taste. I hope this helps someone.

Great value, smells gorgeous and tastes great
Really enjoy these coffee beans. We use them in our De'longhi bean to cup machine. We're not coffee connissiuers, so can't comment on things like the 'body' and 'hinfs of'. As for the aroma - it smells like coffee!! But a very nice rich coffee, like walking into a coffee shop (not opening a jar of instant!). We always wait for eachother to be home when we open a new bag as we love the small of the beans. Great value too, I love that you can buy a bulk pack. Would recommend.

Hervorragender Kaffee, wir nutzen die Bohnen hauptsächlich für Espresso und Cappuccino. Wir mahlen elektrisch und machen den Kaffe dann in der Siebträgermaschine. Wenn man alles richtig einstellt Geschmack ist kräftig, voluminös nicht sauer, Konsistenz cremig - genauso wie in Italien an Bar. Einfach lecker!

zuerst ist uns die gleichmäßige Röstung aller Bohnen aufgefallen, das wirkt sich auf den Geschmack und den Duft z.B. des Espressos aus, die Bohnen sind dunkelbraun (nicht schwarz), der Kaffee entwickelt eine ausgeprägte Crema (Kaffeemaschine von ECM). Bisher haben wir keinen passenderen Kaffee entdeckt - also Langzeitnutzung!

Café italien au gout très prononcé avec mousse. C'est la deuxième commande de café Kimbo que je fais vu le prix pratiqué Café découvert lors de vacances passées en Italie
