I adore everything Emily has ever produced! She writes like you are sitting & having a chat with her over coffee. An instant connection! I bought her book Freely & Lightly twice. One for me & one for my daughter who immediately fell in love with it too. So when she came out with this guided journal, I just knew I had to have it!! Upon opening it up I was drawn to the page that speaks of recover. For many personal reasons “she” spoke to my soul to my needs. I can’t wait to dive in further. Even the feel of this journal is amazing. It feels like a beautifully painted cloth, not like most paperbacks at all!! Her artwork has always drawn me in. I’ve purchased her watercolor books & even workshops. She is a true sister in Christ sharing her gifts!! Oh, and I’ve purchased for my granddaughter, Emily’s book Twirl & it was loved from the get go. Such a beautiful book!! I highly recommend any of Emily’s work & this journal is a true gift!!

I just received this journal and I'm so excited about it. It is beautiful and the prompts are thought provoking. I can tell this will be a great catalyst to help me examine my walk with Jesus. I love the fabric feel of the cover and the artwork is beautiful. Lots of room on the pages for writing. A great companion to Freely and Lightly but I think it could work well on its own too. :)

Life changing book - helped me better know the Lord and His plan for my life.

This was given as a gift and my niece really loves it.

This book is written in a way to give me opportunities to reflect on the state my life and heart. How am I doing in my relationship with Jesus? How often do I take the time to slow down enough to check in with God personally and have him show me what my life looks like from his view? This journal is a great tool to help me take that focused time. It is beautifully illustrated and written. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to deepen their sense of purpose and refocus their life on Christ.
