Fits my big head
First hat I’ve ever had that fits my big A head. It’s actually a tiny bit loose, which is super comfortable, and I’m never experienced a comfortable hat before. The quality is great, let’s face it you are paying for it to say Carhartt on it. So it’s not leaps and bounds above other flex fit hats I’ve head in terms of quality. It it fairly warm even with its mesh back, I’ve had to take it off a couple times working in mid 70’s conditions. I am very hot natured so take that as you will. Overall I really like the look, and comfort.

Hands down best fitted hat ever
This is the best fitted hat I have ever bought. It's perfect. The crown isn't too low or too high. It looks amazing. Will get other colors soon too.

Great hat
They run a little big which I’m grateful for. I wear a 7 5/8 hat so L/XL flex fit hats are usually snug. This one fits perfectly with a little room to spare. Really comfy hat, great value for the price

Great option for larger sizes
This is my go to hat as it fits absolutely perfect for larger heads. I wear a size 8, and the biggest size is perfect for me without being too tight.

Big hats that last
I've had two of these for several years and wear them almost every time I go outside or to the gym. The XXL version fits my head which is unusual. I like Carhartt but I'd buy these hats at the same price even without the branding. They hold up very well even to constant gym use and machine washing (I hang them to dry). The Grey one has gotten dirtier over the years so I'll probably replace it soon. The black one still looks great. If you've ever said "oh, I don't wear hats because they don't ever fit my head" this is the hat for you. If not then you definitely want to size down from what you normally wear as these are very large.

Its always hard to look for a cap for my husband since he has a big head. I bought this as a christmas present for him and he loved it! Thank God for brands that has different sizes, it shapes his head. He said that it fits perfectly, and its stretchable too yet quality is superb! He said it's comfortable and looks good on him. Haha I just wish they had more colors though.
