Excellent product. Used for DYI window installation project in Colorado. Installed 7 windows in the dead of winter with no adhesion issues whatsoever. Flex capability was excellent no plastic corner pieces necessary for waterproofing rough in.

Installing new windows. This product is featured in many of the online home construction instructional videos and websites. There is a slight learning curve in applying this product, but with a little patience it's easy. Strongly adheres to underlying material such as studs and house wrap. Appears to form a tight seal around the sill.

Pricey but a lot less than the local lumber yards charge which is about twice the price.

I used this product around my window openings and it worked excellent to make the corner transition in a single piece. Caution needs to be used when installing to not have the wrap touch itself as it will be impossible to separate it and the piece is then trash.

Bought this with the impression that I was buying the absolute best product money could buy for my home. Expect the DuPont name to be best of the best. Used it in conjunction with DuPont Flashing Tape (which I liked) and DuPont home wrap (which I also like). I guess I saved some time by not having to cut separate pieces to form the bottom section for my new construction window install but found the product hard to work with and the adhesive release to be difficult. Can't say I would buy this again as a home owner. It is expensive and I guess I just expected more. Note that I am not a contractor.
