very very very bad it’s so slow bad quality and nothing like the photos that the provide. i got mine a month ago and i didn’t use it since i resulted to buying another tv don’t recommend this tv

Bad software
I feel disappointed with this TV I got it so I can stream shows and it has a very slow software and for the past 3 days it doesn't even connect to internet even though all my other devices are connected and working fine. I kept trying to switch off/on even updated the settings to factory and erased all data but still not able to connect to network, I tried different wifi and even Hotspot and it still doesn't connect. I don't recommend it
