It is very decent kit.The bumper is very similar to original.Easy instalation and works like a charm.

I had a frozen LB (likely the result of throwing the controller). Anywho, I followed the instructions in the installation video and was up and running in around 5 minutes. Installation was very straight forward, the hand grip panels take a little wrestling but that's really the hardest part. I purchased the black replacement buttons which look almost identical the the original stock ones. After inspecting the old part I could see where the spare had broken off causing the button to no longer function. Time will tell how it these hold up but for now overall really satisfied.

Working well and nice feedback from the internal buttons almost OG, the toolkit was helpful as well.

Honestly the first hundred or so presses it feels 1-1 to the actual factory bumpers but then it doesn’t have the same oomph after that, I did enjoy it coming in a pair so I can fix it later if need be. Save the 60-100 dollars from buying a new controller and learn to fix em up yourself; it’s quite easy!

Since the Xbox One, Microsoft controllers have been notoriously poor in quality. My launch Series X controller experienced a fatal stick drift problem that I couldn't repair. Ended up selling it for parts on Ebay and used the proceeds towards a Design Lab custom controller. Less than a year (but of course, outside the 6 month warranty) both shoulder buttons became unresponsive after playing a shoulder button-heavy game. My controller is custom with parts in different colors. My shoulder buttons are Shock Blue. When I saw the part on Amazon, I was initially disappointed since the color looked like a cheaper lighter shade of blue. But I was dead in the water with no controller, so I said "Close enough" and bit the bullet.To my shock (pun intended) and surprise, the actual product looks like Shock Blue! I was elated. Swapping the part was stupid easy (easily found on YouTube as others mention) and it works. I'm a happy customer so far. They include an extra so if this is typical cheap crap, I'll just replace it. It's cheaper than dropping $100 on a new custom controller.

The tool kit came with everything I needed. The the replacement was effective even if it isn't one to one with original series x.

This kit worked great and saved my favorite controller! I’d love to see some more color options, but the fix was much easier than i expected.

Would give less if I could, my package arrived with only 1 replacement piece, the wrong sized screw driver, and missing one of the paring tools. Not to mention the materials feel cheap and flimsy.
