REVIEW 04/09/2025: I have just upgraded to their new version of this device which is a device with pads that DO NOT need replacing. The new pads make the device much more comfortable to wear, doesn't hurt, sting or burn. Arms genuinely feel like they have had a work out, they get that ache. Lower settings are a good call too, as there is a massage mode which can help relax the muscle if your not after something heavy one day. The new device has better straps too, more robust. This is a small change but one I think makes a difference with east of use, the connection and base where the unit actually sits on the strap, for those of you who have not got one, I am talking about the little circular thing in the middle with the blue light on (look at the picture) this is what controls the device, it has a much better biting point when attaching it now so it has a better and strong connection, the old model could be a little fiddly. I have tried many of these devices over the years, including the expensive slender tone. This is the one that gives best bang for it buck. Oh, and great customer service too, huge thank you to Hanna. Arms genuinely feel like they have had a workout and some definition has changed: mission accomplished.

Really happy with this product. Works well. Is easy to setup and versatile as it can fit on the arms and thighs. Packaging is also really useful as I’ve kept the box to store item in when not in use, which keeps it from getting damaged and dusty.

Not sure if working but it’s good and easy to use

I got this as i've already tried a different machine. This EMS machine is superior. When I first tried it out on my arm I only tried a low pulse and felt ok. then I went up 2 levels and could really feel the electrical shocks. After 3 goes on my arm I can say I do feel a difference in the muscle. A great machine

I bought this for arm and leg toning. I've had other devices where you get the power from the ab belt with double arm pads. This device comes with one pad so you can only do one arm or one leg at a time which is disappointing because the reviews I read were positive. I'm unsure what the thinking is behind only having one arm band when the toning should be done on both arms per session. With this you'd have to do one toning session at a time which is silly. I re read the reviews and thought I maybe didn't understand how to use it for both arms but no it's only one arm band and you tone one arm or leg at a time as opposed to both. I don't think it's good value for money and £70 is very pricey for one toning band . The delivery was much longer than Amazons usual speedy Prime deliveries. It's also inconvenient to return because there's no Royal mail collection or local drop off point with Averi so I've to try and find a printer to print out the label and then find drop off point. I live in Belfast and UPS isn't a popular delivery company here so it was strange going through the return information. Although I think we are spoiled by Amazons outstanding delivery and return service as it's so convenient and easy to use. I opened the box box and couldn't believe there was only 1 arm band so it's packed up immediately to go back. Trying to fit the armband back into the box within the box packaging was a nightmare to get it neatly back in for return and I only had it out for 10 seconds and knew it was going back. Took me an hour to try and get it back in and I still don't think it's right. I gave 3 stars because they do make the delivery waiting time known, although it wasn't dispatched right away the delivery came on or slightly before scheduled and I was kept updated. Also the box packaging was very professional and had an instruction manual and charging lead. I can't mark or discount the rating for use because I literally returned it as soon as I opened the box so it would be unfair to deduct point on that .

Very impressed, feel muscles and tendons working you can't normally touch with traditional methods, maybe a bit tight for larger arms etc..the pads do stay in place & extension strap can be fiddly

Having used it on and off for a few months, i don't think the program works correctly, and it also is painful like I can feel a shock. Having used several well known abs belt and bottoms, I don't recall experiencing the above. It is assumed it is faulty , can you please contact me about it. Thank you. Update, the company have contacted me and have given me a full refund, for customer services I give a 5, just sadly I got a faulty product. Will buy another product when I need one. Thank you again for the refund and prompt customer services.

We got this as a replacement to a old slendertone system and it's so much better. My mum is 84 and finds it easy and effective to use. The unit is very easy to fit and it's like a cuf system so easy and secure. I had a question to ask and Hanna responded very quickly answering my questions. If your looking for a arm leg system I honestly belive will be hard pressed to find better. Well done

Pense que al ser un EMS de bajo coste sería para hacer cosquillas, pero madre mía, al subirlo del nivel 7, mi brazo se mueve solo! Sin duda alguna ideal para después de una lesión o para fortalecer el brazo

Ich habe zwei von diesen Armtrainern plus einem Bauchtrainer. Das mache ich ergänzend zu meinem normalen Training jeden zweiten Abend. Die Armtrainer gehen erst mal nur bis max. Stufe 4 bei mir und das tut schon ordentlich weh. 25min Workout, eine Stunde vorm Zubettgehen. Bei einem der beiden Armtrainer gab es ein kleines Lieferproblem. Ich habe direkt im Bodify-Shop angerufen. Sofort ein sympathischer Typ dran. Innerhalb von 2 Tagen war total unproblematisch Ersatz da, natürlich kostenlos. So geht Service, selbst in Deutschland! Klare Empfehlung!

Avec une utilisation quotidienne sur chaque bras, un peu de sport a cote, vous allez être épatés. Je reçois énormément de compliments concernant mon tour de bras musclé. Nombreux sont ceux qui pensent que je suis assidu a la salle de sport. Alors que le seul sport que je fais à cote de l'entrainement Bodify... est devant mon iphone qq fois par semaine, en suivant un coach virtuel!

L’articolo è buonissimo, facile da applicare e dà ottimi risultati in breve tempo. Consiglio di comprare in anticipo i dischetti adesivi per averne sempre a disposizione. All’inizio avevo acquistato 1 solo bracciale ma subito dopo ne ho acquistato un secondo così posso lavorare nello stesso tempo le 2 braccia. L’impiegato della ditta col quale ho parlato è stato gentilissimo. Sono molto soddisfatta di questo prodotto, lo consiglio vivamente.
