No crash
Tried loads of different pre for years, settled with this one now for a good 6 months or so. Nice focus and buzz, but not much of a crash. Nice flavour also, the blu raz one.

Wow
I normally drink an few energy drinks a day plus pre on gym days, so I’ve been pretty much unaffected by pre-workout for a while. I was recommended this and all I can say is wow. One scoop (half serving size) gave me plenty of focus and energy for a heavy lifting session. It tasted decent, and doesn’t give you that crazy crash like other brands. Likewise, with ABE. Yes, it gives you raging tingles and itchiness, but that’s what I look for it a pre as it hypes me up. This will pass after 20-30 mins but I haven’t been able to get response since I first started taking pre. I would only recommend this to someone who has taken pre before or you may feel like you’re on speed. To anyone else, go for it!

Despite what people are saying this definitely does have caffeine and is not stimulant free. Maybe just slightly under dosed but can't complain at the price..

Lovely pre workout, would recommend
Good pre workout, been dry scooping so taste isn’t an issue. Haven’t actually tried it in water yet but doesn’t taste too strong when dry scooped either. Gets me buzzing

All you need
Tastes lush, easy mixing and does what needs to be done with the right amount of what's needed. No quick rise or crash but I'm probably addicted to caffeine and just can't tell anymore.

Misleading
States 50 serving in title, it’s 25 servings as 2 scoops per serving, other than that, good pre workout
