TaylorMade Stealth Driver 9.0/10.5 Lefthanded/Righthanded

I recently started driving the ball poorly , spraying, finally realized that my M2 driver with stiff shaft was eight years old , served me well but time for a change . So I ordered the Stealth with regular shaft because even though I’m longish off the tee , I’m 63 and I wanted some extra flex. Took the driver out right away and in 18 holes , I couldn’t hit anything but straight drives even when not making ideal contact . When I did , I was long as ever 275-80. I hit every fairway . I can’t remember a time when that happened ! I didn’t feel like I was swinging extra hard, either . The club feels much lighter than any driver I’ve ever hit. What I most noticed beside the length and accuracy was the fantastic feel in the hands on contact and sharp snappy sound . The ball comes off the club head with resolve and purpose . I bought last year’s model for about 30 % less than Stealth2 and glad I did because I can’t imagine any improvement on performance . I’m being totally honest in saying it is the single best driver I’ve ever used and I’ve had quite a few over the years . This carbon thing is no joke or gimmick , it really is different in the best possible ways .

I used a friends Stealth while golfing this week and had to upgrade from my old TM Burner I got right out of HS almost 20 years ago. I purchased a used one for much less than the new ones and it came in great shape. Some minor surface scratches on the bottom but thats to be expected from a used club. Came with shaft in the standard setup and no head cover so plan on getting one of those for $22 on here. Fast shipping from the seller, two days it was here just as fast as Prime.

I just want to start out by saying this has been my first major purchase in my bag. I've had hand me down clubs while I was learning how to play and I got to a point where I felt good and wanted to splurge on something nice for myself. My old driver (not really sure what brand) is from like 2014 or so (at least that's when I got it) . I started to hit really good with my old driver anywhere from 200-250 yards. Not consistent in yardage but would get on fairways often and hit it straight. When I received this new driver it looked amazing straight out of the box. The red face stands out first and the matte black really stood out under the sun. The "cool" factor is definitely there and feels great in your hands. I did not hit the range or have any practice with it. I took it straight to the course and my god It felt amazing with no practice at all. The driver is very forgiving when you don't hit it dead center of the head. My drives now are hitting 250-300+ consistently. I haven't even messed with the loft of the club yet and still have it set to "standard" but I will dial it in (if I even need to) . I'm not someone that had last year's or even the previous year model of driver so take it from someone getting a premium club for the first time. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a brand new driver and I think its well worth the price.

Found this driver to be forgiving and effect esp, for slower speed swingers. I'm 82 and find this to be #1 driver as I've tried a few.

Age and medical limitations: M6 was very good, but so far this year, the Stealth (Senior 12 degree) has given me SOME added length of drive. Even a few yards add up to a slightly lower score. I like it. Saving to replace it sometime with a Stealth 2. I either trade in or sell my former driver (and clubs).

Even without a fitting, off the rack this club will add yards to your drive and keep it straighter. For those with a slower club speed(under 100mph) get the regular shaft. Great brand name shaft used. Head cover included. This club explodes the ball off the tee.

Got this for my husband for his birthday. Now he’s driving almost 300, and is constantly asking to go to the range. What have I done 😂 Happy customer for sure.

I took this club to my local driving range to “learn how to hit it”. First few balls popped off to the right. Every other ball went straight as an arrow to where I was aiming. I didn’t realize when I ordered this club that it has loft adjustments, bonus for me. Shipping was extremely fast and it did come with a head cover. If you’re looking for a new driver I would definitely recommend this club! Can’t wait to play my next round with it!!

Played my first round with the Stealth driver today. Long, straight and fargiving. The guys I play with were impressed with how well this driver worked for me. I was using an RBZ2 driver, which I hit fairly well, but this thing is amazing. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Lefthand 10.5 degree regular flex. I used it as it came. Was going to lower the loft a bit, but not touching it now!

I am 75 and replaced a Cobra Air X with the Stealth Compared with Stealth 2 and Hd no real distance change , tried both, not worth the additional cost I have a home sim and ball speeds are consistently 120, with the Cobra 115. Swing speed 82 with both clubs Bought a used Stealth 3 wood he, love it as well.
