Purchased for an upcoming trip. It has positive ingredients where many brands had too much salt or fake sugar, too much sugar, and other ingredients that I didn’t want. It’s not the best taste, but I’d rather not have so much sugar, etc…

As an athlete I am always looking for an inexpensive hydration supplement and I ordered this because it is a great name brand, I was not disappointed. It tasted good and keeps you hydrated (I mixed 1 packet with 32 oz of water). Will definetly buy again!

I drank this one morning because I was feeling dehydrated. The taste is not good, at least not in 20 oz water. Tastes like watered down juice. But I did finish it and it made me feel hydrated and more energetic.

I used to get in the classic Emergen-C. This one is good as well. Just harder for me to get a couple of them in me when I need it.
