This book is a fantastic book about food. Written by a personal trainer qualified to talk about food. It is one of those books you can pick up and even if you just read a paragraph, what you learn is more than you could have ever learnt from any diet book you've read before it. Polly's attention to detail and ability to cover all the crucial elements of nutrition is amazing, yet she explains things in such a way that you can absorb and take on board what you need to diet and get results. Of course being a PT exercise is mentioned to. It would seem odd being a trainer myself that I would need to read a book about nutrition, but keen to learn everything all the time, Polly makes the study of diet and food possible and enjoyable and makes you more than aware that you don't always have to be strict with yourself about what you eat. This book will help you reach your nutritional goals and although it appears to be aimed at a largely female demographic contains enough useful information for me, a man, to still get great results. I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone with any interest in food, dieting or not, so you can get the most out of dieting and appreciate and enjoy the food that you eat. Polly writes with authority and from experience and has made dieting fun for me. Buy it now!
