Works really. Heats up fast. When hot, applying the hot glue is effortless.

It maybe cheap in price but it works great and gets very hot, around 380F - 385F, perfect for high temp hot glue sticks! Makes the Gorilla Glue work very well and as well as the Surebonder high temp ones I use for another project. Each company seem to use their own formula for the sticks and I am ok with that as I can use them for my needs. And this little full size hot glue stick gun does perfect!

Had to mount a circuit board back to a computer fan that was being repaired..It seems to do well for that part but was a litte pi$$ed about the glue sticks..Amazon sold me on the idea about 30 glue sticks but only shipped 20!! The plastic bag that they come in was opened!!I did call customer service about it and the Rep agreed to give me a credit to buy some more glue sticks..$2.34!!At that point I looked the gun over itself to see if it had been used at some point and did find a piece of glue on the tip..I wondered if it was for a test from the factory then I saw the box and seen it was taped over with a sticker that says thanks for giving me a second chance!! Since it works ,I did not want to argue that point plus it did do the job..Do better Amazon..been doing business with you guys a long time now and service is getting terrible...

The quality you would expect form Black and Decker, if it is genuine Black and Decker! Impossible to tell these days!

The glue gun heats up quickly and the dripping isn't too bad but the battery life on this one is truly pathetic. You might get half way through a small project without having to stop to recharge but that's about it.

I love this glue gun. I love that it’s wireless. I love the metal tip. I love that it stands up on its own. I didn’t think I could love a glue gun as much as I love this one… it just makes my work so much easier. What would I change? First I’d make it like the tools geared toward men and have it have removable rechargeable batteries. Second it would be black and orange. White is a terrible color for any tool. Lastly, I’d put the battery indicator lights on the font back or both sides because while I am right handed, I glue with my left hand and hold the object in my right hand. The lights are not presently lefty inclusive.

I was very disappointed. It has a high setting and is supposed to heat up really fast and be really hot. My cheap miniature glue gun heats way faster and gets hotter.

Heats up fast! Works so efficiently and well find myself using a glue gun way more often getting things repaired and/or crafted rather than things sitting around in a to-do pile. A corded glue gun is easy enough however, I highly recommend the ease of use of this portable, rechargeable glue gun. Found extra useful around the holidays while wrapping presents with pretty bows and ribbons.

Stopped working after 1st charge. Now won’t charge at all. Very disappointed.
