Ive been grinding my teeth so hard lately, my fillings are coming out. I had to find a quick fix, tried a disposable flexible silicone guard similar to this, but it fell out during the night often & i still woke up with headaches. I found SleepRight Select-Comfort Night Guard, it had good reviews, lasts much longer than the disposable ones & was under $20.00 I read all of the instructions and found that it was also adjustable to fit the size of your mouth & came with a storage case. With the photos provided, i was able get the perfect fit quite easily. I put it in 30 minutes before going to sleep as instructed & woke up the next morning with no headache and it was in tact. Ive had custom made ones in the past, they are very uncomfortable & expensive. This is a great value, even the disposable ones i used were more expensive & had to have back up ones in case i lost one while sleeping. With this one, i wont have to worry about having back ups. This is extremely comfortable to wear. The silicone connector feels non-existent and the bite wings, will even tilt over time to match the way you hold your jaw during your sleep and it only took my 1 night to get used to this style of night guard. If you are in the market for a mouth guard, i highly recommend this one, it is economical, comfy and long lasting.

Dentist recommended a night guard and suggested this type. It was more comfortable than expected. The front piece is angled down so it fits below the front teeth to hold it into place and not bother gums. It can shift depending on how you grind teeth or toss and turn, but no major issues. I stop noticing it once I lie down in bed. Rinses easily and no sign of wear and tear after a week of use. It comes with a storage case.

This is an unusually shaped item. It is too soft to stay in place and flies all over the mouth. It almost went down my throat, and I started gagging on it. There's no way I would ever sleep with something like this in my mouth - I would be so worried about choking on it.

I had a device fitted by my dentist , but stopped using it because I didn’t like consuming plastic pieces. I was good for about a year, but started grinding and getting daily headaches again, so I got this device as a stand in while I wait for a hemp device. On the smallest setting, it still pooches out my lower lip when worn as described, so I am unable to keep my mouth closed while wearing it. So it wouldn’t be great if I snored or side slept (drooling). It got a little more fitted as I slept, but I have an attached lower gum frenulum, so the connector piece was starting to dig into it and cause gum discomfort. I flipped it around and find it is more comfortable to wear the other direction with the connector piece resting on the outside of my top lip, since I can’t keep my mouth closed anyway (see photos). My mouth does feel better and no headache today, so it did its job. The plastic is more rigid so I think there would be less plastic consumption, but it does still have a plasticky taste that isn’t the best.

I think this is a good night guard, I like the quality of it and the idea of it, but my mouth couldn't get used to it. The design is very good, but the "pads" that separate your teeth feel too "thick" for me. I think it's probably just me, so I am not taking any stars off, but I won't be able to use this. I think the functionality is exactly right but I need to find something thinner to help with my teeth grinding.

Ok I really really wanted to like this, but honestly I did not like the night guard. First off the night guard is all rubber so it doesn’t stay in the mouth well and would fall out while I was sleeping. Also the part that goes around the front of the teeth in the gums started to hurt my gums. The company has a money back guarantee but you’d have to pay for shipping so in the end the price of shipping wouldn’t make it worth sending it back.

I use this nightly. It’s the only mouthpiece that stays in and protects me from grinding my teeth and biting my tongue the majority of the time. I am a repeat buyer with this one. I chew it up and have to get anew one for each week but I do this to all Mouthpieces. I require a sturdy mouthpiece. This is the best I have found that is comfortable and adjustable as well. It has a moveable hinge on each side. I highly recommend. - oh and all you have to do is wash it and start using. There isn’t any boiling and all of that stuff.

In theory I like the slim design as an alternative to the kind of guards you have to boil, but this just didn’t work for me. The adjusting feature is nice but the part you bite doesn’t mold to your back teeth, so certain parts of my teeth hit it first and I couldn’t close my jaw the way I normally do. After wearing this for 3 nights (I gave it a fair shot) my bite felt off and it was like my teeth had shifted. I also had more pain where my crown is which is what I bought this to prevent in the first place. I do have pointier molars so maybe this is a better choice for people with flatter surfaces. Had this worked it seems like a good price for a reusable option as the material is thick and durable. I didn’t have trouble keeping it in my mouth at night even despite the fact I’m sometimes a mouth breather. Just not the right product for me.
