This creatinine is no joke, give it a week and watch the magic help you growth. Always need to put in the time and drink enough water but this unflavored creatinine you can stack with either your protein shake or pre workout it mixes up well, you’ll hit a lot of your goals in the gym! Best Creatine Powder Out
I've been mixing this into my whey protein and have definitely noticed increased muscle mass and performance in the gym. It's not totally unflavored but it's pretty close. You can't taste it when you're mixing it with a flavored whey protein. 10/10
