Earthborn Elements Potassium D-Beta-Hydroxybutyrate 8 oz, Potassium BHB, Always Pure

Okay this is seriously good stuff, the ketones showing up in urine effect is low but the blood bhb is good, perhaps far more importantly this form of potassium, at least in me, causes no ill side effects and has tremendously helped me fix my potassium deficiency without the heart arrhythmia or muscle control issues that normally come with an elemental potassium supplement, in-fact it sometimes gives me diarrhea despite potassium normally causing constipation. I have dysautonmia for the enteric nervous system (very slow gut transit) as well as chrons and eds types 1,2 and 3 (also slows gut transit and promotes intestinal bleeding), and this stuff has been pretty miraculous especially combo'd with a powdered vitamin c or camu camu/juice. I also have stage 3 kidney disease/failure so potassium and sodium supplementation can be pretty problematic for me but this has been safe taking a half dose several times a day (remember not to exceed 2400 mg supplemental/elemental form potassium a day or take with salt/sodium chloride to counter balance the effect (immediate bowel movement on empty tummy tho). price is great too for what you are getting and the bhb amount, maybe don't take on an empty stomach/be sure to drink 12 oz of water per HALF SERVING and it's been an acceptable taste too. Sometimes i mix this with sea salt/iodized salt to improve the taste but over all its effect potassium and bhb effect seems to be pretty strong

This Potassium BHB salt is good and it produces ketones within 10-15 minutes, especially if you are fasting. The only drawback is that there is a distinct taste to this salt which another product I've used didn't have that much. Overall, if you can't go into ketosis by fasting or following keto diet, then taking ketone salt or MCT oil is the only way to go.

I've used this brand as well as nutricost. This is a much much better deal than nutricost. It feels just about the same as nutricost. It gives you a nice little wall buzz of energy as well as giving you a much better dose of potassium than almost any other supplement.

Yes I'd give it a 5 star it works well.

I have taken a lot of ketones and this seems to be the absolute best point. I take about half as much as other brands for the same effect.
