These ice packs are great. You can put them on pretty much any body part and the Velcro strap will hold it in place. The ice packs are flexible and large, and I've used them to wrap around ankles, knees, elbows, and wrists. I like that it comes with two, so you can always have a cold one without waiting.

Have been struggling to get a traditional ice pack to wrap around and properly work on my ankle. This is so easy to use and gives my ankle/foot such relief. It freezes quickly and stays in place. Great quality. I have cankles and have no problem getting it to fit

I’ve used these enough to write a review now. These are great! I have been using the to ice my ankle. I like them so much a bought a 2nd pair to wrap around the bottom of my foot too. I keep them stored in the freezer. I’ve found that’s the way I prefer. The ice packs stay cold for about 20 min which is perfect because that’s the length of time I need. It works out perfectly. I don't have any trouble walking around when the packs are around my ankle. They are comfortable and stay in place. I would buy again.

These work great I have a lot of foot and ankle pain and I couldn't seem to find any easy way to ice them to take down swelling. The velcro works great I can strap them on and still move around if needed or just prop up my feet. They are very comfortable to use and easy to use. I have had no leakage issues and hope not too in the future. I have used them quite a bit so I don't believe I will have any issues with that. The design is great and I wish they had come up with this sooner and the size fits perfectly for many because my son has used them as well and our the sizes between us are significantly different. With the adjustable velcro straps though they work for both of us. I have also used them on my elbows while my elbow was bent due to cubital tunnel pain and it worked for that as well. One of my best buys ever and I have bought many different kinds of ice packs.

Cons : doesn't get as cold as other version. Even after 8 or 24 hours in the freezer. Cold only seemed to last 10 minutes during 20 minute application time, and was close to room temp after 20 minutes. Pros: since there seemed to be a noticeable difference in gel volume compared to other dark blue version, the gel pack was more moldable, and with less intense coldness would be more appropriate for more sensitive area like wrist or jaw. This ice pack with holder is perfect for ankle injuries. It stays in place thanks to the adjustable strap, so I don’t have to keep holding it. The cold lasts long enough to reduce swelling and pain, and it’s very comfortable to wear while resting. Highly recommend!

I bought this a few days after having ankle surgery. I was tired of the ice bags and cold packs falling off my ankle. It seems it would always happen just as I got comfortable and the pain was nearly gone. Then the cold pack would fall off and I'd have to move to reach down, pick it up and start all over again. That is till I found this on Amazon. Ordered it, delivered right away and it was amazing. I wish it stayed cold longer but it was sufficient for my needs.

I put this on my ankle over a sock. It doesn’t stay cold too long, but for me it lasts long enough and I don’t have to worry about frostbite. Nice and easy to strap on the ankle. Ok to walk around with it on cause it doesn’t go underneath my foot. It’s comfortable and it seems durable. Love the Velcro strap.

Honestly the best ice pack for applying to amd injury. The design let's you wrap areas really nice and get a nice compression of cool on the body, goes on super frosty and gives the right about of cooling needed before needing refrigeration again.

Great for wrapping up an ankle. I had ankle surgery no too long ago and this has helped with the swelling. I do put a folded up paper towel between the ice pack and my skin because it's quite cold. It stays cold for the 15-20 mins that I need it for but I suspect if you needed/wanted it on longer you would need to have a second ice pack. Once you figure out a way to wrap it on your foot you are golden - it takes a little thought to get it to stay on there nicely because of where the elastic is positioned. I no longer need to think about how to put it on. I have not tried microwaving this yet but the instructions are right on the product so you have the info at your fingertips.

Fits well around the ankle. It stays secure with the Velcro strap. Wish it had instructions in or in the box for the proper way to wrap it and wish it stayed cold longer. Seemed to warm/thaw quite quickly.

The gel pack is good quality, it freezes nicely and stays cold for a long time. The strap also secures well with strong velcro. I wish this ice pack also had coverage to ice the bottom of the foot, but it only wraps around the sides and either the front or bottom of the ankle at one time. (My shoe size is a women's size 8)
