LZYDD Webcam Privacy Shutter Protects Lens Cap Hood Cover/Shell Case for Razer Kiyo Pro Streaming Webcam

I didn't read the description properly and ordered this for my Razer Kiyo X. I have been able to modify to fit Kiyo X securely using double sided tape. Hinge works well and stays open when required.

As someone who is constantly paranoid that I have left my webcam on, this privacy cover was an absolute must for me. Just stretch the sides slightly and slip over the webcam and flip it up and down when needed. A lot easier to use this for privacy and lens protection than the lens cover that comes with the webcam in my opinion as it's always attached and you just need to flip it down.

I've purchased this item twice now - for two separate Razer webcams. The first shutter, purchased in 2022, was as shown and described and was of excellent quality - the shutter was firm and the lid could remain open through a sturdy hinge. What I have received today is a fraction of the size of the original, sticks onto the front of the cam instead of snugly fitting around the cam, and the lid closes under its own weight. As you can see from the picture it absolutely does not warrant the price paid. Had I known this is what was now being sold, I would never have purchased this again. No channel to speak to the seller either. Buyer beware.
