This book helped me to understand Kabbalah. Especially great if you are just beginning the study or just interested. I refer back to it often.

A good book for anyone trying to understand the basic concepts of Kabbalah and offers guidelines on how to explore further.

I read through this book very quickly and I will definitely need to read it again because I think I missed the meat of what this book is offering. Or maybe I was just misunderstanding what the intention of the book was. I thought I would have a more practical understanding of how to use Kabbalah in my life. It is difficult for me to get to a place where I can study Kabbalah with a group of people and often want to do things on my own. Again, I think I'm going to have to revisit this book many times.

This proved to be a lovely addition to my Kabbalah library. I especially appreciate the experiential exercises at the conclusion.

A nice easy to read book, great to get into this area in such a way as it can seem daunting. It is a book with practical excursuses and itself has a calming effect from just reading it. If you are in need of some peace or interested in the subject (probably more for bigger than intermediate student or higher) then you will enjoy this.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Theology books can often be very dry and vague but this is the opposite. It covers all the basics in a fairly brief but very interesting, informative and easy to understand style.
