I ordered this V8 sound card mostly out of curiosity for my streaming setup, and honestly, it surprised me. For just ₹1,299, I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s actually quite useful if you’re new to audio stuff. The build is lightweight, and yeah, it does feel a bit plasticky, but all the knobs and ports work fine. I connected it to my mic and headphones, and the basic controls were easy to figure out after a few tries. What I liked most: The built-in sound effects are fun during gaming streams (applause, gunshot, etc.). Bluetooth connection is smooth — I play background music from my phone while talking. Works well with my laptop and Android phone. Good battery backup — I used it for 2–3 hours straight without charging. What could be better: No instruction manual in the box, so beginners might need a YouTube guide. Sound quality is decent, but not studio-level (which is fair at this price). Mic gain isn't super strong — better with a condenser mic than a regular one. 🔊 Overall: If you’re just starting with streaming, podcasting, or recording voiceovers, this is a nice little gadget to try out. Don’t expect professional-level mixing, but for basic use, it’s 100% worth it. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Good product

This is the most disappointing and poorly made product I have ever used. Moreover, the company’s customer service is absolutely unacceptable. They neither respond to phone calls nor reply to emails. Such negligence raises serious concerns about the company’s credibility and reliability. I am also surprised that Amazon is allowing such a substandard and irresponsible seller to operate on its platform. This reflects poorly on customer safety and product quality standards. I request immediate action: Full refund / replacement, and Strict action against the seller for non-responsiveness and selling defective products. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it further through formal consumer grievance channels.

A must-have for anyone starting in audio content creation.

Product is good. You missed to provide me the c type connector. Provide the same asap or I ll ask for returning the product.

There is no Refund policy. Only exchange. Instruction manual has just 2 lines. Due to no manual sound quality was very poor. After searching a lot on youtube for instructions finally I found a good video. Only after watching lot of videos finally I was able to use it properly and the sound was okay. But still I found it not suitable for Smule application. Very bad experience. A good detailed manual is must. Not suitable for singing to an audience.
