I can’t stress the importance of incorporating Magnesium to your supplement regime. The Vitamins come in a glass bottle and are sealed very well. They were shipped without incident.BlueBonnet Vitamins are also made here in the USA. BlueBonnet company carry many great vitamin products. The Calcium Citrate Magnesium Plus does not contain any Crustaceans shellfish, they are free of soybeans, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. They also do not contain yeast, gluten, sugar or barley.The Vitamins do contain; 800 IU of Vitamin D3, 1000 mg of Calcium, and 400 mg of Magnesium. Recommended dosage is 4 per day. One can take one 4 times a day, 2 twice a day, or all four. I take mine with a meal to help with absorption twice a day. These vitamins are large. They are also easy to swallow.I have recommended this product to my friends and family. I feel the price is fair. This is a great addition to your vitamin supplement routine.

Great combination

If I knew just 2 of these pills were gonna blow my back out every time I utilized the facilities for a #2, I would've only taken 1. This indicates a high absorption rate of the magnesium (which is the goal). They recommend 4 on the bottle. May the force be with you if you decide to swallow 4 of these at one time. Drink plenty of water and/or pedialyte to stay hydrated!Not easy to swallow. I have to do one at a time. Effective? Yes.

I really like the product; it helps with my sleep and my muscle soreness, but four large pills is a bit much. I don't have issues taking the pills most of the time because their design is smooth and slender, so they slide down easily, but they are very large, and sometimes it's more than my system wants to handle. I take them at night right before I go to bed and I have noticed on days when I opt not to take them because of their size that I have a harder time waking up and I'm sorer.

I use this product to build up my immune system. Have been using it for the past 2 years.

These are probably effective, but they're ginormous and you have to take 4 a day, which makes it not a very good value. I'll finish them, but I will look elsewhere for slightly smaller pills or at least a smaller amount per dosage.

It really does what it claims.
