Being gluten challenged, I make my own bread and use a lot of yeast. This yeast works really well. The price is much lower than my local grocery stores. The expiration date gives me years to use it, a plus. It's packaged to last, with a good seal. Dough rises well, a necessity when making gluten free bread.

I bought this for my bread baking needs. This is a great product, and should last me a good long while. Yeast seems to activate fairly well and pretty quickly. I haven't really noticed any change in the taste of my breads, but I will say the rise has improved. Very happy overall.

I love this yeast. I make a loaf of bread every 4 days as well as rolls on holidays. The size saves lots of money over what I can get in the stores. I keep it in an airtight container in the freezer. It stays fresh long past the date. I have tried other brands but always come back to Fleischmann's.

Everything went well except we ordered 4 packs and only got 3. The seller's communication was good and they took care of the problem quickly and offered a refund. The yeast was perfect, fresh and still in date, expiration date of 12-2027. They shipped in a reasonable time as well.

Purchase this every few months. I make a lot of bread and this is the best way to buy yeast. It stores well in the fridge. I've never had an issue with proof when using this yeast. Will be buying again when I start to run low.
