Incredible material!
I use this book with my clients that don't need to go to the complete DBT program. It's an amazing book that includes only the most necessary skills to improve you client's life. I did the Mindfulness module in just a month to increase awareness and concentration in a depressed patient, and it work wonders.

Good read. A little fluffy
This is a good and practical guide for mindfulness and practicing dbt. However I feel that the book has a little too much fluff/reiteration or overexplanation of some things
