Must buy!
I’ve tried a ton of electrolyte mixes that either taste like salty Gatorade that’s been sitting in the sun or straight-up cough syrup. These? Actually good. Like, shockingly good. The flavors are refreshing without being fake or overly sweet… kind of like what you wish other brands tasted like. I’ve been using them on days when I feel drained or dehydrated, and they legit help. No sugar crash, no weird film on your tongue, just clean hydration that makes you feel human again. Also, they dissolve instantly, which is rare… no weird powder chunks floating around like sad little islands. Favorite flavor changes daily depending on my mood, but they’re all solid. Bonus points for being zero calories and not making me feel guilty for drinking three in one day. I honestly didn’t think I’d care this much about electrolytes, but here we are.

Tastes a bit like Crystal Light Mango - not for those who don't like beets
This is sweet and pretty tasty. Tastes a lot like the Crystal Light mango, but in a brighter orange color. I usually use Vital Proteins in Lemon flavor and I think this tastes more like a koolaid flavor. Important though - beets are listed on the ingredient list as giving color. There are genetically 2 types of people in the world - those who find beets sweet and those who find that beets taste like dirt. If you are someone who genetically cannot enjoy the taste of a beet, do not order this. There is only a very tiny hint of beet taste, but I think it would be enough to put someone off who can't stand beets. I would actually much prefer this product to be less colorful. It does feel a little like drinking bright orange koolaid.

Good value for money
Really great taste and easy to use. Convinient to use for hydration. Great ingredients with no added sugar. Good value for money since dissolves easily.

Dissolves well and tastes great!
I was looking for an alternative electrolyte drink without sugar, since I was using liquid IV before I figured it out it has A TON of sugar, and stumbled upon this brand. After reviewing each flavor, I got the lemonade and orange packets to try them out since they had the best reviews. Let me tell you, the orange is PERFECT! I put it into a bottle that’s a little bigger than a glass and it was the perfect amount of water to dissolve the packet in. There was little to no undissolved grains and it tastes like a healthier version of Gatorade. It also gives me a good amount of energy! I use it in the morning or before work when I need to focus and it helps greatly. It’s difficult to start doing things in the morning, but this gives me the energy and motivation to start my day. On the other hand, the lemonade flavor doesn’t dissolve as well, but it does it’s purpose and tastes alright, so that gets a 4 star. I’ll definitely be trying more flavors and buying the orange flavor in bulk!

Great ingredients, but flavor is lacking
If you're looking for a convenient electrolyte drink mix to accompany you during exercise, travel, or just to pack in your weekday work lunch bag, this may indeed be worth a shot. The best thing about these Key Nutrients electrolyte powders is the ingredients -- it's a nutritional powerhouse comparable to a lot of multivitamins, and probably better quality than most. The electrolytes, B vitamins, and minerals contained in each packet are in non-synthetic forms that are easier to digest and absorb than the usual electrolyte drinks you'd find in most stores. What's also worth noting aside from the higher quality ingredients is what this powder mix doesn't have: It's free of a lot of unnecessary fillers and artificial junk that are common in those store-bought "sports drinks." The only ingredient that seems unnecessary (to me) is the silica. Where Key Nutrients' Lemonade electrolyte powder packets fall short, however, is with the flavor. The Lemonade powder mix has a certain "fake" lemon-lime sour taste that's a bit reminiscent of Tang (for those of us old enough to remember that stuff). In addition to that, it also has a "vitamin-like" flavor -- when you drink it, you know you're drinking B vitamins. To me, the taste is not at all off-putting or disgusting by any means, it's simply not as pleasant as a few other electrolyte drink mixes I've also tried. I usually open one of these into a bottle of water and I'll continue adding water throughout the day as I drink it, mixing (or attempting to mix it) each time. That reminds me of one other minor complaint: This doesn't mix very well. You can shake this in a bottle for 5 minutes straight, use a mixer or frother, and you'll still see some of the powder at the bottom of your bottle. However, I find this to be an issue with pretty much any good quality electrolyte powder drink mix. Overall, a good product and a good value for the quality and cost. If you're shopping around for an electrolyte drink mix without the garbage additives, sugar/sucralose, fillers, etc. then this may be worth a shot.

What's not to love?
approved! this is an excellent product! great quality: dissolves well, tastes good, provides fantastic nutrition. I support American companies and veterans whenever possible, so that aspect of the company is very important to me. two thumbs up!

I drink this every day!!
This is a staple in our home. Every single day, my husband and I make a water to go and add a scoop of electrolyte powder. I have tried most of the flavors and love them all. Great for hydration for exercise and hangovers. I accidentally ordered the peach mango one with protein, and I like that one too - easy way to get 20g of protein and electrolytes at the same time, and I feel that I snack less and have more energy. I am picky about what I put in my body, and I think this is an excellent product.

Tastes bad + Does not dissolve BUT excellent customer service
Update: within a few days of the original review (which belabored on this not being eligible for return), the folks at Key Nutrients reached out and offered a refund. To be fair, it’s a bit hit or miss with me in terms of taste. And the dissolving issue was especially painful because I was drinking from a tumbler with a straw. So it was a bad hit of powder with every sip. But I really appreciate that this company cared enough about their product and their customer to reach out and offer a full refund. Another big bonus I didn’t catch earlier is, this product is made in the USA. Given my recent interaction with the staff, and that it’s made here, and that the price point is so good, I’d be happy to give another flavor another try maybe later this year. Shout out to Myra and Anne for reaching out to me and resolving this issue. Thanks! ————- I tried this brand hoping to save some cash and am paying for it more because it tastes so bad, does not dissolve, and I can’t return it! I hate that if I let it sit too long I need to shake it else the crystals gather at the bottom and I get a terrible metallic hit when I drink it through my tumbler straw. Buyer beware. You might think you’re saving money - but if this happens to be so bad that you legitimately need to return it, you can’t! So, are you saving money - or are you losing money by being forced to keep a product you would never have gotten had you known the taste and it refusing to dissolve? 2 stars, because had everything else not been so bad, this is one of the more affordable options out there.
