Installation was straightforward, and the modern black design instantly upgraded the look of my room. The fan runs completely silent, which makes it perfect for bedrooms or living spaces where you want peace and comfort. The remote control is very convenient, allowing me to adjust the 6 fan speeds and the dimmable light settings without getting up. I really like the 3 color temperature options (CCT), which let me switch from a bright daylight feel to a warm, cozy ambiance depending on the mood. The reversible DC motor is a huge plus—powerful airflow in the summer and circulation in the winter with just the touch of a button. I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt it deserved to be shared. I recently installed two of these ceiling fans in my living room, and not only do they look fantastic and work perfectly, but the customer service truly went above and beyond. Due to my sloped ceiling, I needed a 24" extension down rod. After purchasing the down rods, I realized I would also need longer wiring to complete the installation. I reached out to customer support with some questions about the electrical schematic and explained my situation. To my surprise, they responded very promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to ensure I was set up for success. What really blew me away was that they offered to send me a compatible extension down rod and the extension wiring I needed—completely taking the stress out of what could have been a complicated situation. It’s rare these days to see a company so willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and I was honestly caught off guard in the best way. As for the fans themselves: they have a memory function, which is great if you want to use a wall switch to turn them on and off—the fans will recall their last settings. When you want to make adjustments, the wireless remote makes it easy. You can even pair multiple fans to a single remote, which is super convenient. All in all, I highly recommend these fans—not only for their sleek design and features but especially for the outstanding customer support. It made all the difference in my experience.

The mounting bracket is heavy duty, so much so that the mounting holes slightly didn't line up to the ceiling box. Luckily i was able to screw it in slightly outside of the box into the wood. This is the first time the bracket holes did not line up properly. It was only slightly off but enough that the screw would not sit flush so it wouldn't work. Possibly if i had a different screw with a larger pan head, but there wasn't enough room using a washer. Others may not have same problem but ultimately i got it mounted securly. Next thing that i always hate is i don't understand why the wireless reciever/controller has to be so large. This was one of the largest i have seen. Ultimately i was able to get it in, and somehow the wiring actually ended up perfect the way i routed it around and using wago's, but again i don't get why they can't make these recievers even a fraction smaller. The blade installation was also difficult as the blades get mounted once the fan assembly is installed onto the mounting bracket. The blades are dark and you have to line up to the holes inside. I had to use a head mounted flashlight to get enough light to align the screws. Once the fan was installed, it worked perfectly. I will say this is one of the quietest motors from a fan i have used. They really are starting to make these fans ultra quiet. The fan didn't need any balancing, it was perfectly balanced out of the box. Another weird thing is the remote though. The changing of the light colors from Soft White, Cool White, Day Light, uses 2 Letter abbreviations that don't make sense to me. But whatever now i know what the buttons do so not a big deal. The fan has 6 speeds. Speed 3 is probably what other fans max out at, and 4 through 6 is extremely fast. Silent, but fast. I don't think i will ever use more than a 3. Honestly i think 1 could probably be set a little lower as even 1 is pretty decent. Overall i really love the fan and i would recommend it.

Love this fan! It’s super quiet, looks modern, and moves a lot of air. The remote is easy to use and I love being able to adjust the light color and brightness. Great quality for the price. Also, customer service was great. The original rod was not long enough so I contacted them and they sent me a longer one for free.

Garbage. Save your money and the headache. Had this fan installed and used for 2 weeks. Went to turn it on and nothing, fan won't work, light won't work, nothing. I tried changing the batteries, tried switch the light switch on and off, nothing. This fan is garbage and I cannot return because it is past the return window.

This fan was crazy hard to install. My husband and I have installed dozens of fans and light fixtures and this fan took us about hour and half and lots and lots and lots of frustration. The instructions weren't clear and jumped around so I would advise you re-read the instructions 3-4 times to make sure you REALLY understand because we would get halfway through the install then have to start over because the instructions weren't clear. The wire nuts were also way too small so we ended up using other ones we had from another project. Lastly, the 3 light settings aren't ideal. The first photo shows the light off, then warm white, brighter white then brightest. You have to mad to use anything other than the warm white setting but as you can see from the photos, my lamps are a warm white and the fan is much brighter. Overall, we really do love the fan. Yea it was a pain in the behind to install but it pushes out a lot of cool air and is practically silent. I plan to buy another for our guest room.
