These have helped solved my dilema
I am extremely flat footed and over-pronate. I recently had my right knee replaced and it was very knock kneed. I want to avoid my knees turning inward again so I have bought every expensive orthontic insert imaginable over the past few months. If they keep my foot lined straight, the support under my arch is so rigid and hard, it feels like walking on a golf ball. If, I use soft cushion inserts, my arch feels ok, but my ankles turn inward, I over pronate which i turn strains my knees. Either one part of my anatomy was comfortable or the other. So, I got Dr. Scholl's pain relief full inserts at Walmart and then bought these gel inserts to place under the arch of the pain relief insoles. My heel is now cushioned, my foot is aligned straight, and the full insert and the gel arch are high enough, but no longer hurt me like the expensive rigid supports. I have tried other gel arch inserts, but they were too high, and the height was all in one spot with a severe drop off. These gel arch supports are high enough, but have a gentle tapering slope and work well under the Dr. Scholl pain relief full inserts. At least that is how my anatomy responds. It gives my arch support, without hurting it and keeps my foot aligned straight. I need both to make it work. The pain relief Dr. Scholls are not thick and take up very little room. But, without the gel arch under it, the pain relief full insert was not supportive enough. Very happy with these gel arch supports. It's true they don't stick that well, but with the full length insert over it, the gel arch inserts have not slipped. I do remove the original shoe inserts that came with the shoe. My six month quest after knee replacement surgery appears to be at an end.

Great product
Great product to use in any shoe/boot that arch support is needed. I wish I could buy all three in tan or black. The clear is not my favorite if used in a shoe you are not wearing socks because it sticks to your foot.

Please offer different thickness options
Some people might find this arch support too thick, since everyone has different needs. My foot is particularly sensitive after several foot surgeries and less tolerate of small deviations. Full insoles elevate the heel, putting pressure on the ball of the foot and the toes. They essentially turn my zero drop shoes into what feels like heels. The result is foot pain. That’s why getting this arch support right is important to me. It would’ve been helpful if the company had offered different thickness options. Since that didn’t happen, I was compelled to do modifications to find my own solution. This arch support is tapered, with the thickest part toward the straight edge. One solution is to trim this thicker part off until you find what’s right for your foot. I have also used the cushions that are for the back of foot to prevent blisters as arch supports since they’re not as thick. I hope this is helpful to others that don’t require or can’t tolerate aggressive arch supports, like myself.

Glorious!! but didn't stick...
UPDATE: a few days later both are really lifting a lot. I don't trust that they'll stay put during travel, and am afraid that over time being jostled around in my closet will cause them to fall out of place too easily. They're going back... really bummed. These are otherwise really comfortable. On flats they'd probably be no problem. Original impression: Heeled western boots, for me anyway, tend to need arch support but I don't want it to interfere with my heel or toe box at all. Here seems to be a solution! The top is sooth, so socks slide right over it without any friction. They're really, really comfortable and I could live in these boots for days. Pics that I initially took to show placement also expose an adhesion issue. The right one seems to be sticking but left one is lifting, a lot. It's only holding on in the center. Granted, for an adhesive that doesn't leave residue, sticking down to a curved surface is impressive. Good news is if it stays in place anywhere, once the foot's in it seats the whole insert just fine. I will be paying attention to this and hope it holds up for the sake of 1) convenience when dressing and 2) break-in consistency for maintaining an ideal fit. I *might* get a thin leather insole and shoe-glue to that, for the sake of durability without making a permanent modification to the original boot.

Yes, you can have comfort again.
Thanks to pregnancy, my feet always hurt and I can no longer wear flats. Oh the joys of motherhood. These arch supports are absolute life savers. This is actually the second pack I’ve purchased, and they’ve lasted for years. I first bought them after my first son when my feet were suddenly flat and achey. I realized flats and less supportive shoes were no longer an option. Now, I’ve put them in every pair of shoes I own that don’t already have amazing built-in arch support. They’re super affordable and make a huge difference in comfort. Not every stylish shoe can be supportive, but with these, I can wear the shoes I love without sacrificing comfort. I wouldn’t go without them! Plus the variety of colors makes them fit in shoes seamlessly and without sacrificing the look.

Nice arch inserts for slip on shoes
I bought these inserts for my slip-on shoes that do not have arches. The arched inserts work well because they can be repositioned until you fit them well to your individual foot. As others have noted, the sticky back doesn't seem to hold well enough. I had a roll of black duct tape so I used it to tape them into place. Works great!

Better than nothing
I like the overall size of the pads and tbey are sufficient in height for most flat shoes. I have a high arch. The pads are not quite as high as I would like but are much better than nothing and I would buy them again. The adhesive doesn’t stick well to suede surface.

I took them to my podiatrist to stick on my sandals in the correct spot but a lot of them had lost their stickiness on the bottom but were sticky on the side and sand and dust has stuck to the side.

Doesn't give quite the amount of arch support that I was hoping for but good quality and adheres very well to shoe

Did not adhere to my shoes on day one. I wore them and they moved around. Had they been able to stay in place - they appeared like they would work. I am now trying another brand that people say stays in place.
