Merrell Men's Moab 2 Vent Hiking Shoe

Great shoes. Like walking on air.

The most comfortable hiking shoe I've ever owned. The wide size was perfect.

This is my fourth pair of the same sneakers I've had them for years The price is doubled, but they are good looking and tough. Many days I work on concrete all day long. It's nice to have good shoes for something like that.

Happy with shoe. After two and a half years of use, the left shoe is developing a hole on in the matrial at the 'toe box.' Shoes were comfortable enough to wear them many hours a day. Light weight and stable during moderate hiking days. I no longer hike rugged trails so no idea how they might stand up to the AT. 4 STARS !!! However, after reading the reveiws, I will not be buying a Merrell product until they come clean on their warranty practices. 0 STARS

My every day shoes. Works better with elastic strings

Good fit

These Merrells are great, I wear them all the time outdoors, in the country and city. I must have used up ten or twelve pairs of the shoes over the years and clocked thousands of miles in them, much of it across hard terrain out west. The Vibram soles are very good for climbing steep slickrock slopes and climbing up canyon walls. I wear the same Merrell hiking boots too. Comfortable, tough, rugged with great grip and they last a long time even with hard wear.

Great quality and price. Amazon is the only place I can find shoes like this in my size 14W, while we have 5 shoe stores in this area including 2 large discount shoe places, most do not go over size 13. They are not competitive with Amazon, both in price and having to wait for them to order and deliver, where Amazon is only a day or two.

This is the second pair of this shoe. The Charcoal was on sale so I bought it. I look great. Lots of support and breathes well.

My initial impression the shoes are very well built for sure can tackle most terrains found in the majority of hiking situations. They will also protect your feet from getting cut or injured by any sharp rocks. However I can't say they are very comfortable at least when comparing to my old hiking shoes. I reckon it's because the soles are really hard and the insoles are really thin, and the (unpleasant) contour/shape of the front footbed seems to aggravate the situation. Hopefully the use of heavy duty safety shoes insoles will solve this problem.

3rd pair of Merrell. All are half a size too small I am a 9 and 9.5 fits perfect. Great fit comfortable out of the box. Great grip, all in all Great shoes
