Great little survival kit !
Great little kit for car, camping or an emergency situation. Made from strong material and will hold up with many uses (don't know why some of the reviews claim, it's cheap material). The flashlight alone is amazing ! I took it outside (at night) to test how far it can been seen and operate. It can be seen from FAR AWAY & lit up my path STRONGLY. Strong wide light that has 3 settings, BRIGHT, DIM & a STROBE LIGHT. These settings are done by just a click on the end of the flashlight. My only problem was that the kit did not come with ANY INSTRUCTIONS, so I called the company and they E-Mailed them to me (which was very helpful). I suggest the company include instructions for people who do not know how to use the kit (as these can be gifts for a non camper or other). I have copied and pasted these instructions for those who do not know how to use their kit. Feel free to copy and paste yourself and print these helpful instructions. All in All, I am thrilled with what this little kit has to offer, it can and will get you out of some future mishaps. Professional Tact Flashlight - 350 Lumen XML Q5 Your Flashlight is equipped with a super bright 350 Lumen LED bulb capable of shooting a beam of light up to 600 feet or more. Batteries are not included so to operate the light, you will first need to unscrew the rear of the flashlight. Once you do, simply place a standard AA battery or a 14500 3.7V rechargeable battery in the slot. Once you have done this, simply screw the rear back on tight and use. This flashlight is equipped with 3 Lighting Modes - Full, Dim, and Strobe. To cycle through the modes, gently do a half press of the orange button. You can also zoom and disperse the light beam by simply adjusting the lens adjuster. Heavy-Duty Steel Pen This durable pen is a must-have accessory for any situation. Equipped with standard ink and compatible with standard refills you can use it as you would a normal writing instrument by simply twisting the tip cover of the pen. The pen also has a Carbide tip at the rear to help break glass in emergency situations. 11-IN-1 Pocket Card This multi-function pocket card has many uses. Use the can opener and bottle cap opener to open any standard sized can or bottle. The screwdriver tip can be used in a multitude of situations like a normal screwdriver, especially in tight spots. The ruler function has cm and mm markings for measurements. The butterfly wrench can be useful and provides more torque than a conventional socket. The 4-position and 2-position wrench can be used as necessary and is made for standard sized bolts. The jagged tooth edge can function as a mini-saw to cut rope, branches, etc. Use the direction identifier with the included compass to reorient yourself with your surroundings. You can also thread a string or thin rope through the lanyard hole for leverage. Aluminum High Frequency Whistle This aluminum high-frequency whistle has a maximum sound intensity of up to 118 decibels. Take a deep breath and blow into opening in emergency situations. Make sure to catch your breath between uses to avoid feeling light headed or nauseous, especially if you are on a low caloric intake. Large Ferrocerium Rod Flint This rod is the perfect item in a tight situation when you need fire quickly. To use the rod, it is best to hold the firmly by the handle. Then angle the striker at a 75 degree angle against the rod portion. Use a firm and very quick motion to create a spark. Compass With Ruler To use your compass, you will first need to orient yourself. Magnetic north (where your needle points) and true north differ by a few degrees. The difference is known as declination. It's very important to adjust for declination as a single degree of error can severely set you off course. Always check for this before traveling to make sure you are up to date as it varies over time. Ultra-Bright Keychain LED Flashlight This portable key chain is the perfect companion for tight situations. Simple press and hold the flat top button of the keychain for the LED light to come on. Press again to turn off.

Ultimate Item for the Price
The Picture is not exactly like the item that I received on August 2017 but is 99% accurate There is no Stealth Angel logo etc written on the inside foam thats the only difference. Some reviews say no mini light included mine has a mini light. Description of items. PEN - Twist the pen to write something in black ink - ball point pen - keep turning to unscrew the pen in order to replace the large ink refill cartridge that is house in an o ring protected cavity. The clip on the pen is sturdy I haven't tried to use the pen point to smash my windshield out but it would probably work using the pen point. FLAT MULTITOOL with vinyl sleeve and info card that reads Stainless Steel. This flat device has a Can Opener, Knife Edge, Screwdriver [flat head], Ruler [unmarked] almost 2 inches, Wrench [notches in metal to use on nuts], Saw Blade [use on steel striker if needed], Directional Ancillary Indication [hole in item with markings], small hold in item to thread paracord etc. FIRESTEEL Striker length of striking part is between 2.5 and 3 inches. so about 2.75 inches. The device connected to this firesteel via a black shoe lace type cord has a rough curved end to use on the firesteel it is almost an inch wide so easy to handle and thick and sturdy. One side has a notched 50mm ruler the other side has a notched 1:100000 5 km ruler maybe for map usage. This thing to scrape on the firesteel has a notch in it for bottle opening I think. The firesteel itself has a nice sized handle that is sturdy. I tried lighting cotton ball and wood shaving from dry dead wood and it works fine. SILVER WHISTLE - probably made of aluminum and is plenty loud has a keychain type thing coming out one side with key ring - a short chain with keyring also has a tiny hole on this end to put some cord through or maybe a zip tie etc. The included key ring can easily be threaded through this hole to facilitate a stronger item to attach to rather than the small chain. COMPASS - I would easily say this compass is 10 times better than those tiny penny or dime size compasses. This one has a 2 inch ruler on one side and a 50 mm ruler on the other the compass is mounted on this clear flat base the black dial can be turned there is a bearing marker with other lines that are shown in the pic comes with a tiny cheap cord attached to it probably needs replacing. Compass arrow is green on one side the North pointing side and white on the other inside the dial are markings too. SMALL PEN LIGHT - about the size of a thumb light is black in color comes on by pressing down one side light is bright probably 6 or 7 lumens maybe 10 the light somehow even shines primarily in one direction though it also goes everywhere but there is a short beam. This light even has a switch on it so one can leave it one it even has 4 screws in the back which I am not going to take off - maybe the battery is changeable. Light is attached to a key ring. Bulb sticking out looks thick and NOT easily breakable. FLASHLIGHT - Metal - black with orange toggle switch in back. Each time its pressed it goes to bright, less bright, and strobe. One can slide the lens forward to provide a more focused concentrated beam. The clip is substantial and looks like its attached with some tiny special screws. There is a grip area on the front of the light - the length of the light is 3.5 inches long and almost 4 inches long when extended. The lens can be unscrewed to expose the led lightbulb and the lens looks thick and is magnifying though I was unsuccessful trying to start a fire with it. The back end having the orange toggle switch unscrews and one AA battery fits in here to give the light power. This threaded area as a rubber o - ring on it probably to help with water resistance. The other end that unscrews to reveal the bulb does not have an o ring. The light does not easily stand on its end where the orange switch is the rubber switch sticks out some but it will remain sitting up hands free but rests at an angle. It will easily sit straight up on the other end with the light pointing straight down. Its about like having a roll of nickles in your hand. HINTS: Put plumbers thread tape on both ends of the like to make it more water resistant. Use an Advanced Lithium battery in the light so the battery will not eventually leak and potentially ruin the light. Keep any back up batteries in a small plastic battery case. You can tie paracord to the metal clip of the light. The small pen light - put gorilla cord on it so the switch will not inadvertently come on and burn out the battery while inside the box - also put the sliver of tape on there so the key ring attached to the pen light helps minimize the change of the pressure plate of the light being engaged so the light does not come on while inside the case. Put some of that waterproof paper that is writable inside the case to be used with the pen. Put other stuff in the case that can easily fit that will not turn on the pen light by cramming it full such as a tiny fresnell lens magnifier to start a fire too. or some cotton balls. The plastic case is held closed by 4 clips that should hold up and is about 7 inches long almost 4.5 inches wide and then 1.7 inches thick. Not sure how much it weighs just buy it ... Oh the foam easily removes if you need more room or something. OH !!! The case even has an O Ring in it to seal it closed.
