I grew tired of ordering individual chokes so ordered this box. Now I have chokes on everything from speaker cable to plugs, job done well and effectively. These are great for speaker cable. I placed the 9mm a few inches away from the speaker terminal on the amp and the same on the speaker end. The result was immediately notable with a cleaner better defined signal from the amp. Worth it!

For my amateur radio people out there, these are the ones you want to get! With my first antenna I used to have RF in the shack due to my compromised situation, my mouse and keyboard would completely turn off. The fan would turn on by itself and my LED lights would flicker. When transmitting I could hear myself through the speakers in the garden due to the speaker wire acting as an antenna. Ferrites on all of these things solved all my problems. I’m not sure if they’re the correct “Mix” but they sure do work. Will always buy these as they’re a great assortment of sizes.

I live in an area of high frequency disturbance.. think radio interference, or what really annoyed me (hearing highly mumbled radio or phone conversations) while wearing any sort of attached headphones, gaming is not fun. I bought these to attach at the wires and hopefully block out the noise, and it has worked and improved it significantly, i’d say about 90% if not completely.
