I have been Diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes, about 2 years ago. I've been looking for natural products that can help me with it. I have tried Nature's Sunshine product before so i ordered this product. Most of the time my sugar is around 300 or less with medication. I ran out of medication for about 3 weeks, so I would only take this medication and i sincerely think that this product helped me keep my sugar controlled, Of course i would as well watch what i would eat and tried to stay away from carbs. Now when i check my sugar i haven't seen it above than 200 lately. I sometimes combine it with metformin or sometimes i would only take this medication and i feel fine.
