It helps with the loose end of my belt, however it is rather big and can slide a bit. Doesn't really bother me, but it is definitely made for a thicker belt (mine is about average, pretty standard)

Since I bought it almost a year ago, this little metal band has become indispensable. I no longer have issues with the tail of my belt flapping about. And, because it's metal, I expect it will continue to last for a long time more. I would definitely buy it again.
