I use it after work and it really helps relax my hand and wrist. The combination of compression and heat feels very pleasant, especially if you spend many hours using your phone or computer. It's easy to use, the massage levels are adjustable, and the design is comfortable. The heat isn't excessive, but it's enough to relieve tension.

You first need to charge it for a little over 3 hours, the power light turns green when charged. I’m an average size woman with thumb pain since I have DeQuervain's tenosynovitis. I needed something that was going to be long enough to massage my thumb as well as my wrist. This does both. Downloading the app is a must! The app provides you with additional features which are not part of the buttons on the unit. It combines various effects like heat, compression and vibration with different intensity to give you routines like Relax, Recovery and Therapy. I feel like it’s really getting my circulation flowing. Sometimes it feels like a tough squeeze but nothing that should hurt anything. If you think it will just lower the intensity. I rather have that option than have it not be strong enough. This massager needs to be charged fully first but after that unlike others you can use it while plugged into an outlet. Comfier is a very reliable company that I have other items from. I’d recommend this for sure! The quality and ease is all there because a really good company made it. Even though I had to return it, I very much liked this piece of equipment. However, even on the lowest setting, it was too much pressure for my hand for what I needed. One thing to know also is that it also compresses the wrist, which was too painful for me, as I am recovering from a broken radius. As a result of my broken arm, I have a secere flareup of CMC arthritis, and the pressure was unbearable on that thumb joint. But this is a great piece of equipment if you’re looking for deep firm compression.

This hand massager is just amazing! Not only because it’s rechargeable, but it actually delivers an excellent amount of pressure to all regions so you can actually feel the blood thumping in your hand! I prefer it this way as I have nerve damage in my fingertips and they constantly feel like brittle twigs, so I want high pressure pushing on my fingers and palm as this provides instant relief for me, but the good thing is the mode intensities allow you to lower the pressure, so if you have delicate hands or can’t stand it that high, it’s not a problem. The heat and vibration also work very well, but for me the rolling pressure is what really soothes my hands. The app works very well, and the good thing is you gain access to three other modes of operation, namely: Relax; Recovery; Therapy. Honestly, for this price, you will not find better, and the fact that you get a 3-year warranty after registering (it takes 30-seconds) is just fantastic. If you have hand pain or just want to relax after work, get this massager, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been compounding sterile IV’s for 11 years so my hands are constantly aching and, of course I have the carpel tunnel and all of the good stuff that comes with doing certain motions all day everyday. I ordered this for my coworkers and I to try because we are constantly complaining about our hands and wrists hurting. The product is nice and it works for some “comfort” but there is nothing really significant about it that tells me to keep it or it was worth the money. It does have levels of intensity and does warm up and is easy to use but nothing remarkable for my “iv hands.” I’m going to return it and most likely not try anything similar.

I read the reviews before buying and saw that many people complained about the issue of the massager ceasing to work. However, the number of rave reviews seem to outweigh the negatives substantially, so I bought it. Unfortunately, the main issue of not charging is true. My device stopped charging and it has been less than 6 months since I purchased it and with very little use to boot. I hope that the seller will resolve this issue for me so that I am made whole.
