In the past I was pretty hard on my liver and I have some difficulties with detoxing as a result. For a few years I've been taking glutathione off and on, sometimes pills but mostly subcutaneous injections because they seemed to work much better. It's hard to describe but my body felt like a "clogged filter" and the glutathione helped me feel "clean" again if that makes sense, I just felt way better after. Well, amazingly, when I started taking these I got the same effect! I take them whenever I get the "clogged filter" feeling that my body is overloaded and struggling to detox, and very quickly I start to feel better and feel things getting "cleared up". It's just as effective if not more effective than it was to literally inject myself with compounded glutathione, which I think is wild. And I'd argue it's healthier overall, given it has tons of nutrients and a high protein content, whereas supplemental glutathione not only has none of that, I feel better overall when I'm taking these regularly, probably because of the nutrients. I sleep better, have more energy, and so on. So it does more for me than the detox benefits. I usually take 15 per day and see benefits from that, sometimes I take a whole pack though. Each tablet is pretty small, you can chew on them and they're surprisingly tasty, they taste like a weird mix of grass and almonds (but more appetizing haha). These are pricy but I've tried a few different brands and these are hands down best quality. Highly recommended!

I never do reviews. I think this is my 2nd ever. These are fabulous nutrition. For me they take the edge off of hunger. I ended a 72 hr fast with 3 servings and it was the easiest transition I’ve had yet. I was tempted to look for a lower cost alternative, but knowing these are sourced from a pure environment and produced without heat (preserving the enzymes) combined with the fact that I’ve lived long enough to have learned I generally get what I’ve paid for has convinced me to stay with this very high quality product.

I take a fair amount of supplements. This product has had the most positive effects on me not seen by any other supplement. I began to feel better, more energy and clearer thinking early on after a week or two. I continue to improve in both areas. My daughter experienced the same effects. I will take these forever.

This is great stuff! I've been using it for a month I sleep better and feel better as I wake up! I'm going to try their other products as well.

I do not know if I feel anything from taking these or not. The only thing Imight feel is constipated. I don't think they're worth the money. I've often been told if you cannot feel a difference from taking a supplement then you are wasting your money.

So far so good. I am taking these Chlorella Recovery bits to build up my immune system. It was a hard decision. Almost purchased the Vitality bits because they are a mix of spirulina and chlorella but, in the end, landed on Chlorella for this order. I'm still not 100% sure I don't need the spirulina also. Maybe next time. I'm taking the recommended 20 per day to kick start my immune system.

This product is amazing. Take it before bed and it detoxes your body while you sleep. Get ready for an amazing bowel movement in the morning. I am feeling so much better and lighter. Try it!

Recovery Bits along with Beauty Bits is a very good product. I used a different brand and it turned out to be really salty thew the opened one away and donated the closed bag to the local food pantry. I believe because of where Beauty & Recovery Bits are produced I didn't have that problem. The only problem I have with this product is that it's very costly and I no longer can afford it on my social security monthly check. So I have to pass but if you can afford it I don't think you'll be disappointed.
